Little disappointed at this Applebee's, it was probably an off night. We entered and were not greeted, we were looked at and... the host called another host and told him where to take us. As we walked by he said "enjoy". We were seated, our waitress cameright over and was very pleasant. We ordered drinks, appetizer, and meal at the same time. The appetizer was theirassortment-wings, mozzarella sticks, etc. My sons drink came out first, a soda, then my wife's a specialty drink. Then thewings came out, whoops, the waitress entered the wrong one. The correct appetizer came out which was good. Halfway through mylemonade came out. We finished the appetizers and I finished my drink. Food came, I had the Fiesta lime chicken, my favorite,except something not quite right with the mexi-ranch sauce, very thin. My son's burger was not cooked right and was verygreasy. My wife's chicken ceaser salad was good. Our waitress finally came to check on us after my meal was done, I needed adrink. She took so long with the drink we asked for the bill and she put the drink in a to go cup. NOTE: they were busy, I'mnot sure how many tables our waitress was handling. Read more

I enjoy this Applebee's. The food and service are consistently good. Minor needs are accommodated without any issues. Tonight's... server (Anthony) was very nice. Soup was a little cool (restaurant was very busy after a school dance), but the dinner was niceand hot. Definitely recommend this particular Applebee's. Read more
Host was great, sat us down and we waited, and waited and waited, after awhile, no waiter or waitress came to even say hello, or... ask what drinks we would like. Nope, no acknowledgment from anyone else besides the host. So we got up and left and enjoyed ameal at Longhorn Steakhouse with a great attentive staff. Read more
Host Chris was so sweet and personable. Dan was our server and was phenomenal! Bathrooms are clean. Got the ribs and mash... potatoes then the triple chocolate meltdown for dessert. Ribs fell off the bone! Triple chocolate melt down was good until i gotthe middle and the chocolate was overheated (i?m a baker so I can tell by its appearance). Would of course come back. Read more
The staff was pleasant, but the food was not so great. To start I order a top shelf Long Island iced tea, and when I took a sip... I almost shuddered at how much sour mix was added. I know this is just Applebee?s, but even my food came with a side order ofhair. One thing I can say is Dan, our waiter was a nice guy, and he tried his best. Feel bad for him, he seemed so stressed out.He didn?t make our food, or drinks. He wasn?t even the expediter, nor did he bring the food to the table to check it. Whoeverdouble checks the food before bringing it out, needs to take a better look at the food before they bring it out to customers.People actually eat this stuff, not just look at it. Absolutely terrible waitress did not know anything couldn?t answer any questions. All I ordered was chicken quesadillas and some... thing off the two for $25 menu did not get my drinks for 25 minutes then I was told I cannot get my salad until my main coursecomes because it cannot come any sooner, they said Nicole switched waitresses as I feel this waitress was very racist towards meand my family. I had to call the manager to fix everything I highly do not recommend you coming to this Applebee?s. Can you goof it? Where is the experience I have had but a restaurant in a very long time and all I did was wanted to go have a nice littledinner with my family, still sitting here with a salad that was made completely wrong after I have been sitting here for over anhour, and we ordered our food and everything with our drinks we have been sitting with no empty drinks and no one has come tosee if we needed anything or if anything is OK and there is only one other party of four in the year is very very sad service Read more
