I have been a customer at the Howell location since it first opened but after this Saturday I won?t be returning. I ordered my... usual chicken burrito (as I?ve done plenty of times) and the young guy employee with ear piercings and wavy hair put littlechicken and rice in my burrito so I politely asked if he could put a bit more in it. Then once I go try to pay, he tries to ringit up as double chicken. I never asked for double chicken. Kept arguing with me so I just left and got a burrito from yourcompetition across the street at Poke burritos. Read more
I?ve been going to Bubbakoo?s since the original location opened in Pt Pleasant. I?ll be honest: it?s often a hit or miss... experience, depending on who is making your food. When it?s on, it?s ON. This was my first experience at this location and itwas pretty much the best meal I?ve ever had at a Bubbakoo?s. I?ve probably eaten from a dozen locations, and both my wife and Iagree, that our Chiwawa?s from here were top notch. Thanks! Read more
Got a bowl for lunch. Large portion and tasted great. Been to two Bubba locations amd havent had any complaints
Go into order get a burrito and a burrito bowl. Both doubble steak. They make the bowl first when we see the portion of meat we... instantly ask that's a double? They say yes with the way the world is today we don't question it again until they put the meaton the regular burrito. It's clearly twice the meat that went in the bowl. So we ask to do a visual comparison when they openthey bowl you can tell the difference. We ask them to make it right the manager comes looks and says I don't know what to tellyou your either taking it or you're not. So we don't take any of the food. Not to mention they also made a crispy chickenburrito and a Quesadilla for us. So they lost that whole order instead of just making it right. I will never visit this locationagain. Read more
Food is good when you finally get it but the last 4 or 5 times I've tried to get food there, it took a minimum of 25 minutes of... waiting to get my single burrito. And most of those times, it was not busy at all, employees currently just take their sweettime and dont understand that people ordering for pickup in advanced may have places they need to be at certain times. Alwayshave to wait at least 10 minutes after my expected time for pickup, getting really annoying. Read more
The store is very clean. There are about 14 tables available for sitting and some tables accommodate four people. the general... environment of the store seems pretty modern. There are photos and videos of various board sports and other extreme sports. Themenu is easy to order from. The staff is friendly and shows great personality. The men's bathroom was clean. I ordered a burritowith double Hibachi steak. All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I easily see myself coming back again. Read more

Fast, friendly service. Clean restaurant, fresh food, the new Manager, Santos is amazing!! Saw him taking and making orders,... communicating clearly with staff, training a new employee (quite obvious it was her first day, but she was doing well) all witha calm and cool demeanor. I?ve seen some managers who sit back in the office and just tell others what to do, he?s in there withhis staff, making sure things get done correctly, and making sure that the staff knows exactly what to do. I commend him, theentire staff looked new and are young. I said ask of that to say this?good management is hard to find and I appreciate it when Isee it! Good job hiring him, Bubbakoo?s!
