I got a salad to go the other day and was disappointed. The box was half empty and some of the salad was brown. I?m sure they... probably come prepackaged to the restaurant but i was still sad because i had already left the restaurant. I called to tell themwhat happened and they were extremely understanding. Violet offered me a replacement salad AND meal the next day and apologizedfor the inconvenience. She was so friendly and the customer service was wonderful! This Chick-fil-A is kind of a disaster. We?re 2 and a half years out from COVID and this store is still operating like it?s... April 2020. The inside is still closed, the drive thru is the only way to get food. No curbside pick up. No breakfast. No menuboard at the drive thru so you better know what you want. None of the other Chic-fil-a?s in the area/state are like this at thispoint. Read more
This place is now a joke, I went to order chicken nuggets and the Mac n cheese and once I get to the window I?m told I can?t... have a fork because they are out. Then they said I can?t have my sauces because they are out but I can buy one of their bottlesof the sauce. After feeling irritated I went to put my straw into my tea and the straw was smaller then the cup. I asked can Ihave the right straw and sure enough I?m told they don?t have any. This new ownership is destroying this place. I didn?t want tobelieve all the negative things online recently but it seems they are all true. Read more

Very disappointed with my catering experience at Chick Fil A Howell. Ordered a small tray of chicken strips over the phone... today. It was scheduled to be picked up at 3:00 pm. My son was going to pick up so I tried to pay over the phone with acredit card, but was told that it had to be paid for in the store. When my son got to the store at 3:05 to pick up the order,they had not even started making it yet and he was told it would be ready in half an hour. This is no way to do business!! Ifthey were not going to start the order until he got there we should have been told on the phone to be there at 2:30 for a 3:00pick up. I usually love Chick Fil A, but this was unacceptable! This is worst chick- fil-A ive ever been to, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. First time I?ve been here since i moved to Howell because the... line is always so long. Well today i figured out why the line is so long, the workers do not work. They are standing aroundblatantly doing nothing. They got my order completely wrong. Excellent Fast Food restaurant to eat at and do business with! Back then I used to live in the Oak Hill Trailer Park right off... of US 9 and West Farms Rd right behind the Home Depot in Howell, NJ way before I moved to Texas I would either take the NJTransit Bus Route 139 or Route 67 from US 9 South and West Farms Rd Bus Stop in Howell to US 9 South and Lanes Mill Rd Bus Stopin Howell to eat this Chick-fil-A all the time or my father would drive me to this Chick-fil-A all the time! Also I have alot ofgood friends who work at this Chick-fil-A and I?m really Best friends with the manager of this Chick-fil-A and the manager ofthis Chick-fil-A knows me very very well and I used to do alot of business with this Chick-fil-A all the time! The team memberswho work at this Chick-fil-A are really nice and really friendly and the food is very very delicious and this is a great placeto eat at and make new friends! Excellent Service!
