Domino's is Dominos you can't really mess it up . The worker are either new or just don't care . They were backed up with orders... an were just fooling around. Or just standing around. They need a new manager or a switch the crew up because they wereslacking. They were so unorganized an it was a mess. I probably won't go back anytime soon. Read more
No gloves on their hands. Nothing on their face or head. Ordered on line told it would be ready by the time we got there. I... heard someone say your behind on the orders. On the web site told drive up pickup not available. A car came up and honked andthey delivered their order to their car. This site needs to be retrained on basic health issues when making food. We placed an order that took 2 n half hrs to be delivered and to add to the problem, it was the wrong pizza. But we gave them... another chance and ordered from them again the following week. First we get the wrong pizza. And our brownie was burnt andcompletely inedible! We called them right away and they completely understood and promised to send the correct pizza and a brandnew brownie. Over an hr later, and so far I'm waiting over 20 mins on hold we STILL DONT HAVE OUR REPLACEMENT ORDER! NEVERAGAIN!!! Read more
Hate having to go out to get food, and get home and this is what the brownies looked like. Was given a refund after I turned... down a credit for a future order. Would you order again after this, not me. Not ok ever. And it was obviously burnt on otherside so someone saw it and gave out anyway. Read more
I've ordered from here a few times in the past. I realized that this particular location just didn't make good pizza (burnt... crust, undercooked crust, pepperoni underneath the cheese), but I took a chance again yesterday.. Food quality: Below Average Customer Service: They rarely ever answer the phone. Speed: The earliest you'll get your food is 35... minutes. The average for me has been about 65 minutes. This is coming from a former Domino's employee who worked at 3 differentbranches in New York. Either management needs to be replaced or they need to hire more employees (likely both). Read more
Called for a delivery and got a rude and someone using fowl Language. The delivery was only 3.2 miles from where I am. Could... not get the manager on the phone everybody was giving me a hard time. Going to court talk to the corporate office office andthat's it because everything is being recorded. So hopefully this establishment will be rectified. Read more
