3 simple things 1. Stale donut.. 2. A pup cup with a teaspoon of whip cream and yes they charged me for it...3 small iced coffee... with cream and sugar....well no sugar and the coffee was burnt .....clean the pots your using. 5.63 right in the garbage youcan drive 5 minutes north to a Dunken in the home depot location and get what you're asking for and it's always good..stay awayfrom this D.D. or just throw your money out the window as you drive by. Beautiful inside. Getting into the parking lot was a bit crazy. Small selection of doughnuts and not the best customer service.... Didn't ask for which protein for my wake up wraps, got the wrong donuts we asked for, and we were done eating by the time mydaughter got her drink order. And was rather shocked the staple of blueberry cake donuts were not available. For theanticipation of doing to a Dunkin, was pretty bummed it was less than the basic expectation. ???? Read more
It was horrible, I put in an online app order over 15mins be4 I got to a window and it wasn?t even all together I had to pull... off to the side and wait at a parking spot with a number for donuts they don?t even have to cook it?s turning into a McDonald?s, the coffee was horrible nasty taste to my wake up wraps being Burnt to having to wait in a parking spot for munchkins for 5more mins witch is utterly ridiculous FOR DONUTS THAT YOU DON?T HAVE TO COOK!!!!! I came inside when nobody else was in and they still screwed it up. Ordered a muffin and 2 croissants, 1 with butter, 1 with... cream cheese. The cashier gave me the muffin in a bag and said have a good day. I told them they forgot the croissants so theymade them and pretty much took a clump and threw it on. Read more
Normally this place is better and I understand when they are busy things get crazy but I had been waiting to get someone... attention for over 10 min just for a donut the cashier forgot to get.
