The entrance is a little hard to find if your on route 9. But the food was amazing. The fries were the best! I?ll come back.

Going downhill... Recently changed their fries to include extra thick ones which either end up being undercooked or the normal... good fries end up being overdone. Along with this serving sizes have gone down, a regular fry used to fill up a cup with a lotextra in the bag, now you only get what fits in the cup. Other than that the food quality is slightly inconsistent, if you goduring peak times there's a chance you can get a patty that is falling apart or a tad overcooked but overall the burgers areusually a-okay. Overall it's fine Read more

Best (fastfood) cheeseburger I've had in Jersey. Period. The beef tasted real, like the grass-fed grade A beef I was raised on,... and everything surrounding it was fresh and yummy. Don't look for anything fancy here, but expect a great tasting, first-ratecheeseburger. The fries were pretty fantastic too. The only drawback (thus the 4 stars) is that they really do need a chickenburger for the non-beefeaters in the party... if they added that, our family would be frequent regulars! Read more

You can't go wrong with five guys. Always a nice fresh and delicious burger. Btw the fries are also awesome, reminds me of... boardwalk fries. This is not a place for a fancy gourmet burger, like if you want avocado or a fried egg on your burger, but ifyou down for just a nice no thrills burger this is the place. Also, a little burger is one pattie, the regular burger has twopatties. Read more

We had heard they were good, but the nearest to us is nearly an hour away. Then we had to pick up family two hours away, and no... one had eaten, so we specifically sought a Five Guys on our route home. Their menu is simple, reminiscent of a malt shop--thesoda now is using that hundred-option Coca-cola machine, but they make excellent milk shakes in a wide variety of flavors. Three of us had burgers, which were excellent, and one ordered a hot dog, Hebrew National brand, and was very happy with it. Wealso had the fries--I had thought I ordered two small orders and meant to order three, but they put one full cup in the bag andthen dumped two more scoops into the bag on top of that. The fries are "regular" (that is, not shoestring or steak fries orcurly), with a crispy exterior and a soft interior; they make them from fresh potatoes, and have bags of potatoes along the wallto prove it, along with the name of the farm from which they were purchased. Everyone liked the fries, and we did finish them, but I don't know whether we would have finished two orders between the four of us. Toppings for the sandwiches are free, including grilled mushrooms, grilled onions; if you want cheese or bacon, those are extra. The standard burger has two patties, but with my recent dietary problems I got the small, which was ample. I recommend it. Read more
