I don?t usually post reviews unless I am deeply impressed, so here we are. I?ve lived in Jackson for 24 years of my young life... and I must have passed Seasons dozens of times and never once thought to stop in. Shame on me. My family recommended this placeand although my heart was set on a steak I accepted their recommendation. Staff was attentive, restaurant is clean and theydon?t pack you on top of other patrons which is nice. Our waitress, I believe Kylee, attentive, kind and well spoken. She washelped by other staff members, one of which I believe was the owner, to ensure the food was delivered prompt, hot and deliveredall together. Portions are large and all meals which included pizza, seafood, pasta were all rich in flavor. Even the salad wasenough for two. I complimented my meal with sangria which was outstanding. I recently had a great meat trio flat bread pizza. Nice and thin with a light, crispy crust. There was plenty of cheese,... pepperone, sausage and meatball. I don't eat that much and my leftovers were great the next day. With indoor and outdoor seatingand gentle music playing throughout, there a seat for everyone. Popped in after years of wanting to go and I am so upset I waited so long. From gene second you walk in you are treated with... friendly faces in a relaxed familiar environment. I love the bar area and look forward to enjoying a meal on the outdoor patiowhen the weather cooperates. We started with the baked clams which were in the most delicious broth. We then shared a specialthat I hope will become a permanent fixture on the menu (arugula with rigatoni in a spicy tomato cream sauce with burrata)because I would absolutely have it again and again. Yesterday's visit. We finally got the opportunity to stop by here for Lunch. Decided on these two pies. 1. Old Fashion -... Cheese on first with sauce on top aka Trenton Tomato Pie style of pizza. 2. Brooklyn Bridge - Their Margherita with Sausage,Pepperoni, Sliced Meatballs and pieces of Basil. Both were thin crust, baked crispy with mild char and not burnt. I actually disliked this place a lot. I was invited to a group event here and the wait staff was very rude to my party. We got... eye rolls from the staff when we asked for a fork and it was honestly an uncomfortable experience when dealing with the staff.Multiple bad experiences with the waitress for multiple people. Eye rolls and scoffs when needing water or asking for a napkin.If I was running this place I would be embarrassed of my staffs poor behavior and hold a meeting of how to act if they want tokeep their position. Food was fine. Basic food. It didn't bring anything special to the table. The food wasn't bad but it'snothing to rave about. Atmosphere was fine. We were in the back room for an event. The event space was nice enough. I wouldn'thost something there, but thats a matter of preference. At least I can say the food was clean and the place looked pretty clean.Just multiple bad experiences with the waitress for multiple people. Read more
