Places the order online before going to location. Was told order not received yet,wait a few minutes. Did that twice then asked... if I wanted to order again but couldn't tell me how to cancel the app order so I wouldn't be charged. Used my lunch break, gotno food and waiting to see if I get billed. The manager on 8/23/22 was extremely rude and unprofessional. He mumbled through the order and I noticed that my total was... significantly higher than it should have been. I said that there must have been a mistake as the total didn?t match our order.He accused me saying ?I confirmed this with you three times.? I just said back, ?you really did not confirm it with me at all.?But that really doesn?t even matter at all, a number of things could have caused miscommunication, they have mistakes factoredinto the prices of their products, so this shouldn?t have been a big deal. Nevertheless, he continued to be rude so I left. Icalled back to try and explain the situation more because I didn?t like how it ended. He continued to be rude, and accuse meagain. I don't know if it the norm or just this venue. But, the iconic experience I was hoping for wasn't possible. Drive through only.... Ordering was kinda rushed and uncomfortable. I felt more of an inconvenience than a customer sadly. Cherry limeade is tasty,mozzarella stick were hot and tasty. Corn dog was nice, but I wasn't given sauce so it was dry. No napkins either. And finally,like I should have known, but sonic ONLY carries vanilla ice cream.. for a first experience, all the advertising the companydoes are a lie. I am chalking it up as a one off day. The food was fine, but the person taking our order was both really snippy and didn't remember most of what I asked for. Ordered... two large meals with a shake, he made everything a medium and forgot one of the drinks.
