Old Lady at register with blonde hair just totally talk to me with no customer service. I'd definitely prefer a broken machine.... I scanned my coffee at the self check out and it wouldn't go through. While I was waiting they rung up someone who was in linebehind me and no one said hey we have a customer at self checkout. So I went over to the Register after waiting for help. Shecontinued to be annoyed "now I have to call a manager" and said to the earpiece that "the customer must have scanned it wrong. .I walked out I was over it. They l ost my money. Read more

Between the ignorant lady at the counter having an attitude about me having 100$ and the fact they don?t have change for 100$... bill is a joke. Hope your morning and experience with the nasty lady behind the counter. I will not be going back Read more

I literally am giving one star because nine out of ten times either myself or sister refuels here the attendant tops off and it... affects our cars performance. I know because immediately leaving the car(s) act up then as the gauge goes down the car goes backto normal so literally it needs to stop! Otherwise I will not be an wawa customer no where, no how! So this is a complete rewrite of my first review. The first one was more about the pandemic and the store. This one is about... the workers. The other day I went into the ladies room in early afternoon. A mess as usual and someone's fake eye lashesfloating in the sink. EW! So I told the woman at the register to please ask a manager to get that cleaned up. Now this is thewoman with brown hair and glasses at the register who does not know how to smile mind you. So she just looks at me. Well I wasback that evening and the lashes were still there. I told the manager, a nice guy, he said he would take care of it. Any timeI have had a problem he has been nice about listening to me. I feel for the evening manager because he has his job and has to topick up the slack from the afternoon shift. It is not just here but at alot of places, since the pandemic. Alot of people dothe bare minimum when it comes to their job. There is very little good work ethic anymore. People have to work again becausethey are not getting all that free money anymore. Read more

I stop into this wawa on my way home from my Uncle's everytime, usually for a cup of coffee for the ride home. This is a good... wawa, its large, it has a great selection and it's always clean. The cashier's are nice and automatically apply the discount forto go cups. I normally do not get gas here, because its still cheaper further up 9, however the one time I did, I was greeted byan attendant with a terrible attitude, who actually threw my credit card in the bed of my truck. We exchanged a few words, Icalled up the location on the following Monday morning, spoke to a manager, explained what happened and that I also pumped gasonce and if I had done that, I would have lost my job immediately. I never saw him again after that, so it must have been dealtwith. I get it, it can be a tough job, but throwing a person's financial documents is totally unacceptable. Aside from that onebad encounter out of the 100 times I stopped in here, it was positive. Read more
