Usually have no issue here everyone?s super sweet but today I was just really set off. The cashier, Lizbeth I believe, just... seemed like she didn?t want to be there at all. I understand we have bad days but as someone who has management experience andinteraction with an employee as such can ruin the whole experience. She was leaning sluggishly against the register, her voicewas dragging and monotone, and while she was waiting for my payment was leaning on counter picking her at her nails just overallvery uninterested. It?s definitely not her fault and maybe she?s just having an off day but someone needs to make sure theemployees are doing okay and motivate a little more. Dirty & unsanitary! Employees look miserable. Coffee area filthy, creamers and milk thrown in coffee area chilled section... without lids, ATM ALWAYS BROKEN, BATHROOMS ARE ALWAYS DISGUSTING and no masks or gloves being worn. Very poor customer service, especially the staff who makes the food. Not sure on the employees name but she has red hair and is... very unprofessional. She argues with customers, I?ve watched her smoke a cigarette and go right back to the food line. Nowashing her hands.
