Place is uasually spotty. Here look at a classic chicken, no mayo: BBQ purposely placed in the middle of each bun.

This location the Lady manager basically told me in front of my face and everyones ,she is not giving me a refund & i have to... pay for another drink because it my fault that i got my order wrong smh. I cursed her out. She robbed me ! I had to call my bankand they said i can make a police report if she or corporate does not refund me ASAP! Instead maybe ill call the BBB. I toldthem they got the order wrong and made me pay for extra fries and wrong frosties and they did not give me a drink i had ordered.I corrected them in drive thru and they gave me attitude. I came in and she yelled and said bye call roxanne or corporate nottoday not getting refund she does not care she saod! Told me to buy another drink basically telling me to rob me again. Service was horrible. The manager on duty didn't seem to care. She walked past fries on the floor 3+ times did nothing about it.... Asked for a chicken sandwich with no tomato because ny daughter has a allergy. What's on it? Tomato. When I said something theyattempted to use the same chicken. Lady working nights is very nasty, she was cursing the people out ordering through the drive thru as I was getting my order. ... Then getting home to have the completely wrong meal with cold fries, and this is not the first time. I understand people havebad days but no reason to take it out on paying customers. Read more
The food is Wendy's, but tonight and I finally got off a double shift exhausted, ordered a chicken sandwich no mayo with a side... of sweet and sour sauce. I looked over the mistake of no condiments or sauce in the bag after requesting and then asking ifit's in there. My mistake not to check until down the road . I bit into a sandwich and about a table spoon of hot oil came outof the rapper and bun and burnt my face. I rushed to the store to get burn cream ect. Can't talk well or open my mouth. I saidehhh maybe they'll give me a raincheck on a meal. I called and he asked for the reciept they never gave me. Then he asked whatmy order was and looked it up. He was doing his job but he could only offer me a chicken sandwich after the money I spent andthe chill attitude I had I'm kinda upset with the customer service when It came to making things right.
