They take forever to get you order together. They hand me a cup to pour my own soft drink, but when I get to the only one... machine that they have it's out of order. Like does anyone there know what's going on with their own equipment, obviously not. Read more
I've always heard about their sliders so since we were in the area we decided to make a stop. I don't think they can physically... stamp a burger patty any thinner than what they were, each sandwich was mostly bun with a thin slice of cheese and a thinnerslice of burger. I understand to not get my expectations up too high for fast food so I'm glad I tried it but I won't be needingit again. Read more
I?ve been to this white castle about 10 times and every time someone is so rude. Maybe you should pay your employees more and... you get some nicer people in there that are happy to work because they?re getting paid decent money. Instead you have a bunch ofjerks that know nothing about customer service. No wonder people hate this place. Never again. Read more
Was traveling to the Howell location to cover a store for my job. To find out that there's a White Castle literally across the... street from where I'm working. Since I never have the opportunity to eat at a White Castle, as they are not from where I live.With that being said I enjoy the number one combo, and enjoyed their sliders fries very much. Craving White Castle! As a kid going with my friends to White Castle to buy a sack of burgers and drinks for a few bucks was... a,weekly ritual. I just traveled about 40 minutes to the closest one as it's been over a year since my last visit. Part nostalgia, part just craving for those little steamed square burgers with holes, onions, and ketchup (optional cheese), I took thetrip. Still enjoy them now as I did then. The place was clean with plenty of seating. 4 burgers, fries, and a (refillable) drinkfor a bit over $6, a Crave box of 30 cheesburgers, for about $27! A bit more than I expected, otherwise would of been 5 stars,for the original "sliders", tbe White Castle hamburger! Read more
