Went on my lunch break at 9:30 lobby was closed drive through line was to Arby's one lane open but yet no one was at either... window every car was stuck inline because the person on the headset wasn't taking orders!!! This McDonald's has just gottenworse in the last 6 months. When I am able to get to the speaker or window the employees are rude they act like they hate theirjobs and take it out on paying customers!!! Managment is HORRIBLE as well. Read more

So disappointed in Hubbard Ohio McDonald?s. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit and the biscuit was so dry and hard! I thought I... would pinch off the hard part but that was?t possible because the whole biscuit was dry! Even the buns on the cheeseburgers arehard! Our late night stop was a disaster. The food wasn't hot or fresh at all, which is why we couldn't understand why we were asked... to pull forward to wait on fresh fries. We waited for 10 minutes and someone came out and offered us free cookies for our waitand said our food still wasn't done. After another 10-15 minutes she came back out with our food, she apologized for our longwait, and apologized for the nuggets not being fresh. Our food tasted like it was sitting for an hour. We ordered 30 nuggets, 2fries, and 2 McDoubles and they forgot to put the burgers in the bag. When we noticed we were missing items, we tried to call,and we got no answer. Never again! Read more

What an unacceptable visit. 10 piece nugget and a mcdouble with a large fry. Waited 20 minutes before becoming frustrated and... asking where my food was. They skipped my order and then finally offered this sad looking cold fry, and no apology to go withit. I'm going back inside to complain. Edit: addendum, manager was unapologetic, refused a refund and refused to give me hisname. I was polite, never raised my voice, nor did I make a scene. I am so upset with the quality of service, level of discareand rudeness of the manager (male short hair short gotee) that I will file a formal complaint with his boss. I even offered hima thank you and have a nice day. Neither of my well wishes were met with anything more than stoney silence. Read more
