Sad to leave this but theres a big difference between the day and night crew. Night crew doesn?t seem very professional. They... had music blasting that I know wasn?t coming from the radio in the lobby. They forget items and when you try to get it replaced,they skimp on things. Whoever the girl was that was working the drive thru around 10:30pm on Saturday night (July 9th) was terrible. She was so rude... while taking our order, talked over us and then asked us to repeat ourselves after she did it, said ?are you done? twice whilestill ordering, when we got to the window she gave us dirty looks and then just handed our food out the window and closed it.Absolutely terrible customer service and has no business working with the public. Hubbard taco bell is ran so poorly. They really went down hill. It's a shame. Service as a customer is poor and same when I pick... up delivery orders. They always ignore delivery drivers. Like, We are there to DELIVER for them. If they hate their job so muchwhy don't they quit ???? Management needs to clean house. Get some happy respectable people in there, people that don't half a**their job. Like I said they really need to clean house!!!! Period!!! I've never heard from anyone that their experience wasgood.. it's been a long time. Not to mention all the trash in their drive throu. I don?t know what Taco Bell the others are talking about. The Hubbard Ohio TB is the best Taco Bell and/or fast food place in... the area. Clean, quick, and order always right. What stands out to me is how courteous and respectful EVERY staff member is.Different people every time and every. single. one. Has been great! Read more
