I have been through twice. First time I would take it as misunderstanding. I ordered a double roast beef, large crinkle fry,... large Rootbeer and a regular roast beef without the bun and mozzarella sticks 4 piece. I received double roast beef, 1 regularroast beef w/bun ( did not order), a single roast beef without bun, 4 piece mozzarella sticks with 1 marina sauce and a largeRootbeer. Second time I ordered a double roast beef w/bun, a double roast beef wo/bun, large fry, 4 piece mozzarella sticksw/marinara sauce and a large Rootbeer. I checked my receipt at the window and mentioned that I only ordered a large fry but Iwas told the meal came with a small fry even though I ordered a large Rootbeer. When I'm guessing a shift manager came to thewindow telling me that I ordered a large fry at the end then I began to feel like it was too much of a hassle for them to fixthe problem. Then he proceeded to slam the sliding window shut like I was the problem and not their misinterpretation of myorder then never read it back. I received a double roast beef without bun, double roast beef with bun (multiple Arby's andhorsey sauce that I did not ask for or asked if I i wanted), large crinkle fry (no ketchup), small crinkle fry (I did not orderbut had to pay for it anyway), 4 mozzarella sticks ( no marinade sauce as requested) and a large Rootbeer. This time I feltlike I was more trouble and bother than they wanted to deal with. This was the worst customer service I received in the area.Please fix this perhaps the orders should be read back before finalizing the order. Read more
The drive thru and restaurant are usually pretty dead. However, it consistently takes the workers several minutes to even take... your order through the speaker. At least that?s been my experience. My most recent trip they said they couldn?t do milkshakesat that time. I suspect they just didn?t want to deal with turning the machine back on but i dont know. Also, the worker at thewindow must?ve assumed the coupon I handed him was a tip since it wasn?t applied to my total. So that was cool. Overall Iconsistently have an unenjoyable time when going to this location. I?d honestly recommend any other drive thru in that areabefore this one. Read more
Stale food. It is bad enough to fork over $20 for a drive through fast food meal. It is angering to reach in the bag and grab a... fry just to realize that your meal has been cooked and waiting around for hours just for you to be the unlucky fool to come buyit. There were numerous other restaurants around the exit, and I wish I had chosen any of them other than this particular Arby'slocation. They may have the meats, but they clearly are not freshly cooked. Not even close. This store obviously relies on itslocation to prey on an unlimited number of unsuspecting interstate travelers because you'd have to be crazy to go back forseconds. Read more

My pets eat better food out of a can, then the food I had, First off the fries were burnt too a crisp and last but not least the... Briskett Flatbread was horrible not only the Flatbread was cold the meat in it was gray and it was old and definitely reheated.I work hard to have a decent lunch break and after having lunch here my stomach totally turned. From beginning to end the visit was not good they didnt have friendly voices or give a greeting at all. NO up selling, the gyros... are on sell they didnt offer me the 2 for 6 when i ordered one gyro not in a meal. When i got to the window i saw the sign forthe 2 for 6 and i had to ask about the up sells the lady told me "oh yea we are supposed to i just didn't i dont know" i wasthen pulled they didnt say why i was being pulled or how long it would be. So I pull up and there was 3 other cars waiting aswell. After 10mins of waiting i got the food with a here you go. No im sorry for your wait or have a great day. Recieved the worst service ever. First off, I was charged for somebody else?s meal. Then, on top of that when I was told I?d be... refunded the money that was charged. But when I called today and the guys were laughing at me and told me there was nothing theycould do about this. I will never go back there again!
