Food was great staff was terrible. Doors locked at opening time. Bunch of us got in side door for service. Staff just looked at... us. 15 minutes after opening, I was asked what I was wanting. Finally got my meal, no thank you, have a nice day. At $13 an houryou would think it would come with customer service and timeliness. Chipotle deserves a better crew. Read more
Hands down the worst Chipotle I've ever been to, and I'm a fan. The staff was totally overwhelmed on a Friday evening. It seemed... there was a staff shortage, but that does not make it acceptable to have a sloppy and cross-contaminated assembly area, anunstocked napkin area, filthy drink area, unclean tables in and out, and over flowing trash cans. I didn't dare use therestroom. And, I don't know how this is possible, but my bowl wasn't warm. There was a long line for both in-person and onlineorders with one lady saying she was waiting 45 mins for her online order. Wish it was a more pleasant experience. Read more
Seriously the worst Chipotle to go to. There was no steak there was no veggies there was no pinto beans there were no black... beans and there was no pico. On top of that I waited in line for nearly half an hour because the workers are too slow. They hadmaybe a few decent workers but everyone else just takes their dear old sweet time. Edit 11July22: They posted they have no lettuce, they in fact have zero greens of any type or steak at 6pm. Edit: This place... continues to go downhill faster and faster. The server was incredibly rude today and was flinging food all over the other food.See photos. Get 75% of takeout/delivery orders wrong. I'm not one to throw a fit over a mistake here or there, but they areconsistently out of ingredients at early hours and mess up delivery/pickup orders constantly. Literally the worst Chipotle I'veever been to, I don't understand how corporate hasn't gotten on them to clean up their act. I?m 6 months pregnant and a number of people have asked me if I?m having twins because my belly is huge. When I came in, the... line wasn?t extremely long but I saw a gentleman in front of me step out of line to speak with a manager. They were looking atme and at this point I?m self conscious thinking maybe I did something. The gentleman that stepped out of line said you can goto the front and order your food. At first I was confused but I was pulled to the side and ordered my food. The gesture was sonice and unexpected that I cried in the car. I truly appreciate the accommodation from the gentleman in front of me recognizingme to the employees and manager allowing me to order my food. Being pregnant is the greatest blessing but it does have itschallenges. Every gesture small or large makes a huge difference. God bless the gentleman in front of me and the employees ofthis location. Whenever I... order the sofritas, steak always ends up in there, and I don?t mean little pieces, there is a bunch.
