I ordered on the app because it?s supposed to be faster ???????? they were 20 minutes late putting it in the oven, had to bring... my other family members food home and go back, it still wasn?t ready, I am furious right now, my order consisted of a largecheese pizza that was burnt and old, my grandchildren wouldn?t eat it and the Italian cheese bread was hard, the only thingeatable was the m&m cookie and I?m sure it had been frozen, I tried to call ant sat on hold 20 minutes the 1st time and thephone picked up and hung up called again and hung up after 30 minutes. I would put zero stars for this last and fi al trip to the Brandt pike location. I have always loved little caesars and couldn't... wait to have movie night and eat. I ordered online at 720pm, food was said to be done at 747 -752p. When it turned 810p I askedif my pizza was almost done. The person making the pizza said "I need to wait like everyone else." So when my pizza finally isfinished, they attempted to scold me and tell me "I need to learn how to wait, you're order wasn't put in till 747p." I was sofrustrated ???? with the crew there. NEVER going back there. Nobody should have to deal with that place. And after all this mypizza wasn't even cooked all the way and was thrown away. Read more
Great food if you can ever manage to get any. Online ordering is available about 10% of the time and they answer the phone even... less. Nothing is ever available hot and ready. Prepare to wait a long time at the store. Read more
I love the Italian Cheese Bread. We also got a couple of pepperoni pizza's and some Crazy Bread. The food tasted great, but.... It took too long. This location always seems to to a long time. Hot and Ready items are never in the warmer, they always needto make some. Read more
Ordering online gets you nowhere. Set a time for a the future...it'll be ready 30-45 minutes after that. Door Dash will be the... same issue. This is a recurring problem at this location. I'd avoid it at all costs. Don't expect a "Hot and Ready"...nothing isever ready. Read more
Worst service we have ever had there. We tried to use online ordering and couldn't get it to work. Then, tried to call in an... order and got no answer because they do not answer their phone when busy. My daughter later told us they turn off the phone. Wewanted 2 Hot and Ready, cheese and pepperoni. My husband went to the store to get them and was told he would need to wait 30minutes to get 2. We ended up with one and a Crazy Bread and was given Marinara sauce instead of garlic. He complained and thecashier turned her back to him and told him, she was just a cashier. Read more
