Worst place to attempt to pick up delivery orders from. I've attempted it several times, each time its a 15+ min wait and... that's being nice. If they have a single car in the drive thru they won't start working on the delivery orders. They need to beremoved from all delivery platforms. Read more
Ordered a Nachos Belle grande and a chicken quesadilla. Got home, took one bite of a chip and it tasted awful. Asked my husband... to taste it, he agreed. Tasted like soap/chemicals. He called the store, explained he wasn't looking for money back (anddefinitely not replacement food) but to alert them since there was likely something wrong with the batch of chips. They treatedhim as if he was lying and said the chips were fine (without leaving the phone to check), because they had been fried thatmorning. Which doesn't mean something couldn't be wrong? I placed a mobile order at this location and when I arrive they said the order did not come and help me circle the building to... see if it would pop up in that time. When I reach the speaker again I am told that the power just went out and I had told them Ihad already had my order placed and they said I will get my money back by the end of the night if it doesn?t come through? Ileave and come back to ask about the order and it is ready and the workers shrug off by questions about what the issues were. Itwould be nice for me to get in contact with corporate since that was completely unacceptable behavior. I will sue thisestablishment if my food was altered . Read more
The taco bell on old troy pike manager staff working today 07/22/2022 at 7:00pm is trash and they will tell you anything just to... get to the next car. Screwed my order up and acted as if I was lying to them about it because they messed up. Told me to pull tothe side and said they would bring out my correct order, then never acknowledged me afterwards. When i requested a refund, thelady with the glasses was very rude and threw my change at me. Read more

Let me just start off by saying this specific restaurant is not accepting credit cards at this time which is strange being there... is a change shortage and they are not giving change back. So its a lose lose situation from the start. Ordered food, screen wasperfect. $21.32 was my total she said. Had exact change for her. Got to window she said $21.10 I still put all change in the cupshe handed out the window, still thinking she would give me change since I had more coins then she needed. Nope. Just got thereceipt back...no biggie right, it was just a few coins. Got my food and decided to park next to the restaurant with mydaughter. Went to pull everything out of bag and my Tacos were placed in there upside down so everything important fell out. Nonacho cheese on any of our 4 tacos which I paid extra for. Asked for no lettuce on a few tacoa and no ranch sauce on our CheesyGordita Crunch. That didn't happen either so needless to say we didn't even eat the two Tacos.
