Most worst experience I ordered one sandwich and one 2 liter I live like a mile up the road. Ordered online watch the tracking... app ?Becky? showed she was here, my directions I left were very clear. So this marks an hour now. I call talk to some guy saidhe was a manager we went over the directions number all that he said he would send his best driver right away re cook mysandwich and give me a refund. Two hours into this whole order this guy shows up with my order apologies all good but NO REFUNDAND SAME ORIGINAL SANDWICH AND I HAD TO WAIT TWO HOURS BAD BUISNESS! Read more
Unfortunately I have given this location my fourth try and it only gets worse. Overworked, understaffed and zero Management... skills. Having to stand at the counter while you watch your baked pizza pushed back into the oven FIVE TIMES while the managersliced and packaged five take out pies and knew you were waiting for it is unacceptable and unprofessional. No one tookresponsibility for - nor apologized for the dysfunction and 10 minute extra wait long after the app and tracking screen said thepizza was done. Previous three visits were just as bad - on one occasion they forgot to make the pizza - let alone put it in theoven. Don't order from here, run, drive fast or drive right by. Worst managed Dominoes Pizza location I have ever visited. ZERO STARS Sloppy work, burnt pizza inconsistent topping placement and a Manager who has no clue as to what Managing means. Supposed to be Buffalo hot sauce on it. Got put on hold for 5 minutes two different time plus sent straight to hold on 5 other... calls in-between the 2, 5 min holds.
