The fish grouper was frozen fish sticks that were gooey and fluffy. Just not good at all. Maybe should of gotten a hamburger... instead. Read more
I saw the reviews, but remained skeptical. I came out of it with a great meal and wonderful server. Sat outside which had some... challenges to keep the sun out of our faces with spinning umbrellas. The waiter was great, she had good suggestions that thefamily loved. The ceviche was delicious as was the Sea Bass. Kids couldn't stop raving about the meatballs. The Kentuckymule was perfect. I would definitely recommend. And enjoy the funny conversations from the residential balconies above. Read more

The Landing Restaurant is HANDS DOWN the best dining experience at Smith Mountain Lake. Chef Bruno has done a fantastic job at... keeping this menu exciting and diverse. From quality of ingredients, presentation, and polite and helpful staff there is noquestion why this restaurant has been so successful and carries such high regard.
