I ordered double egg and cheese on sourdough and the guy gave me bacon egg and cheese. I told them that I was charged for the... bacon and I didn?t even want it. The girl said to throw it out and since that was going to take forever, I left. They choose towork there so why are they mad about it? They are getting paid for what they are doing. Spent almost 18 dollars for 2 bacon breakfast burrito meals. First wIted to the meal for almost 10 minutes. 1 slice of bacon,no... potatoes and some egg. Just disappointing to me for the price. Hashbrowns were d and cold. Read more
The food was good, as usual, but the service!? Hah! I walked in, was the only customer had a couple employees walk by, not... acknowledging my presence while the 2 who did work(?) the front were talking behind a partition. I waited. 2 more customerswalked in and still no help. I peeked over the partition to let the girls know I wanted to order. Was still asked to wait. Whenthey were finally ready to take my order I'm sure it was an inconvenience for them because that's how it felt. And fix your firealarms! Read more
Terrible! The restaurant was dirty, there were no lids for cups, no straws, no ice in the soda machine, etc. When my husband... asked the kid behind the counter for ice, the kid gave him serious attitude, so we asked for the manager. Manager didn't seem tocare much, and when my husband voiced his displeasure at the lack of service, the kid with attitude kept saying "There's thedoor. You can leave." The manager and several other workers were crowded around laughing about it. We left and called thecorporate office. Read more
I didn't know fast food was so hard that you forget to put the meat on a burger. Absolutely pathetic!
Place was noisy, dirty and sticky everywhere. From the handles on the doors to the counters, pop machine and of course sticky... and food covered table and bench seating. Food seemed good but this is probably one of the worst Carl's Jr restaurants I haveeaten in and I haven eaten in dozens across multiple states. Air conditioning seems to be struggling to keep up with the heatcoming off the grill. Kids running wild and distorted blasting music coming out of PA speakers. I ate and retreated back to mytruck. I wish I had the option to give them zero stars. This is the WORST Carl?s JR I have EVER been to. We usually go through the... drive thru and they ALWAYS make us pull up (near the trash can) for 20-30 MINUTES, even when NO ONE is in line behind us. Veryvery very poor customer service, and EXTREMELY slow. They need better step it up since they are located next to a truck stop?.. Read more
