Very upsetting to watch the employees work. While waiting on pizza to be made. Watched the blode kid with all the tattoos... leaning all over the pizza press while playing on his phone and placing his mouth all over his hand then going back to work.Watched the younger brunette girl in the back corner and the Spanish guy working the build station throw dough at each othermaking a mess picking it off the ground everytime then handling food. Definitely needs help with management. Read more
Called for a take out the call center agent whom spoke absolutely no English Completely got my order wrong I called the store... they told me they could do nothing about it. Will not order from these people I would not recommend you order from these peopleuntil they do away with the call center I will be calling my credit card company to file a chargeback. Ordered pizza xl cheese and a buffalo pappadia. Pizza came dough was almost raw it was so under cooked and to top it off not a... single slice cut into the pizza. The buffalo pappadia had sausage on it..took 50min to arrive and another 30mins to even speakto the manager Read more
The pizza and deserts are always perfect and this pj's is my fave pizza place around but they are strange about accepting big... tips. Terrible order the pizza is there doordash pizza was not done and completely sloppy brought it back for them to remake it and... they told me there was nothing they could do. They call the district manager which then told them to tell me to leave. So I hadto repay for a pizza to be remade because they refuse to honor their quality guaranteed oath. Worst Papa John?s ever, will not come back to this location. I ordered one pizza online, regular crust, with bacon and mushroom!... They put BBQ SAUCE!! Not regular pizza sauce and some weird kind of ham, (looked and tasted like chopped up SPAM) super nasty!On my pizza and then they used THIN CRUST. This pizza was no where close to what I ordered. Sadly it was a slow night , theyweren?t busy when I came to pick my pizza up so after driving all the way home and seeing the wrong pizza I called back askingto speak with a manager and the store employee that answered was rude and hung up on me. For some reason 20 minutes later, the?manager? called my personal cell number, asking why I was complaining about my pizza! Which they had messed up and gotten theorder completely wrong. Not me. I threw away the pizza and blocked their store number! Super weird to try to call my personalcell number back after they didn?t want to fix the pizza or offer a coupon or anything. This location has employees that lackany professional customer service skills, and they will get your order wrong and threaten you over the phone. Waste of my moneyand time. Do not waste your time going to this location. Had a simple two topping pizza, get bbq sauce, thin crust, SPAM, OLIVESsausage. Super weird. Not even close to my order. Employees must be smoking meth with all of the homeless people that standoutside this store location.
