Sadly very bad experience, that?s the first time I visited this Applebees location with my family of 4 and I will never be back,... the forks and knives has dirty when they put on table, I reported to young lady and she went washing and bring them back all wetand I had to dry them, looks like they don?t have others to replace them unbelievable. First off the waitress we had was amazing, kudos to her. On the other hand, I ordered steak medium rare and it was cooked just... about well done. The waitress took care of it immediately for me and brought me a whole new plate of food. Again, the steak wasway overcooked to medium well/well done. Also, whoever ran the food for her to our table forgot my sons kids meal. It came tothe table cold so he ended up not even eating it, wasted money. The bathroom was very dirty and my wife couldnt even change himin there, so we changed him in the car after we left. Hands down love this applebees. I?ve been to other ones because I just love the menu, but this location tops them all off. The... staff here are incredibly friendly and we are always very satisfied with the service we get. The food is always great and thestaff is really on top of their game. My husband and I come here on the regular because it?s just that great. Even when orderingto go, it?s just as good as dining in. Read more

THE BEST!! THE BEST!!! Absolutely no complaints at all! My server/ bartender/ Jack of all trades (Taco) he is the absolute... best!!!!! First off his customer service is everything and more! He made sure all of our needs were met. And on top of it he?sso funny so it made the experience that more enjoyable. Not only was he seating and waiting on customers but he was also thebartender. And when I tell you his drinks are the BESTTTTTT! I will come and sit at the bar any time he?s serving drinks. Youname it he makes it beyond delicious with extra care! Now let?s not forget about the amazing chef who cooked my food sodelicious. I have been to plenty Applebees and this one with customer service, food , and drinks is the best by far inMassachusetts in my opinion!!!!
