thanked the lady at the window at least 4 times as she handed me my things and not once did she even acknowledge me, just kept... shoving things out the window as if I was such an inconvenience! When i asked for specific item on a nacho bell grande it?s like I flipped the restaurant on its head. I was at the pick up... window for 10 minutes and in line 20 mins before that. They gave me a nacho bell grande with rice in it and nothing I ordered init. When i said it was wrong and that I didn?t order rice. I got dirty looks like I did something wrong. Then finally when theyopened their ears and actually listened it was sort of right. I asked for a refund and was given a no by the worst ?manager? Ihave ever dealt with in my entire life. I really like Hudson taco bell and service is terrific but just a heads up that I have been served on the crunch wrap supreme... the past few times! Rotten lettuce and tomatoes! Also usually I get regular meat portion and it's good but again past few timesbarely any meat at all! Not even a full serving but instead plenty of rotten veggies instead! Maybe check them but better beforeserving in future! Best regards! Read more

If you want to be subject to an adult tantrum, this is the place for you. I just tried ordering drive thru from here a few... moments ago. The woman taking orders had trouble hearing me and then shouted back that I should ?let the driver speak? (myboyfriend) even though we could hear my voice echoing back through. There was only one car in front of us, so they weren?t eventhat busy. My boyfriend and I have both worked in the service industry and would NEVER have spoken to a customer like that.However, this woman seemed perfectly comfortable taking out whatever she?s going through on others publicly. This ain?t it. Everyone loves some Taco Bell for one reason or another at any given time - however, this location needs to get... it together. The times they list for open hours are wrong time and time again. So when someone shows up and expects TB to beopen and no one replies in the drive-through, it?s more awkward when people are there and blatantly ignore the customer. Thishappens all the time. This isn?t just my experience, I?m speaking for several people in the area that have been confused anddisappointed. Update your actual hours online. When I actually order and I can get food, it?s all good. But it?s more thaninconsistent. Do better. Read more

The food is usually "good". In other words it's hot fast food. The problem is is you are not here any shorter than 20 minutes... and that's only waiting in line whether that be the inside or the drive-thru. Always seems really busy and not enough staff. Theatmosphere is usually friendly, just really slow service. I actually stopped taking my clients here because the service is soslow. Read more
