Love the Sushi. Best in Southern NH. Love this place and the people here so friendly.
Recently moved to the area and ordered take out. The food was phenomenal- we got the crispy chicken pad Thai, gyoza and the... Godzilla roll. Everything was perfect- full of flavor, tasted fresh and not too greasy. I forgot to give delivery instructionsand we?re in a house with multiple entrances up a steep driveway. I called the restaurant back and asked that the driver call meupon arrival. The woman who delivered had to be the owner- or a caring employee who recognized I was a new customer. She askedif I could show her my entrance and if the doorbell rang to my unit for next time, and was just overall super friendly. Woulddefinitely order from here again or try dine-in next time! Decided to branch out and try the "hidden gem" of Hudson. I was truly disappointed by the price, wait time and taste of the... food. For starters I ordered a "large" miso soup and received what many other restaurants in the area serve as a small(demonstrated by me pouring the soup into small container received the other day from another sushi restaurant). The Miso soupwas delivered in a styrofoam cup to which I transferred into a plastic container I normally receive my SMALL miso soup in.Besides being over charged for soup, the taste was mediocre at best and tasted old. The pad Thai portion is MUCH SMALLER thanother restaurants around and cost at least $4.00 more depending on how you get it. On top of that had a very strong fish oiltaste, and yes I know fish oil is used for pad Thai but I have never truly tasted the fish oil as strong as this. I was upset athow great the meal looked and how flavorless the chicken turned out to be/ how strong the fish oil was. I ate the whole thinghowever, would I order again, no. Was really hoping this would be my new spot however, after my first attempt I don't foreseeme revisiting. If you like small portions, being overpriced and long waits, this is your spot! Read more
This place is phenomenal. They have a long history of "Every meal is excellent, every time" in my experience. I have been... ordering from Dynamite Sushi for several years. My first time eating here was around 2009. I ordered chicken noodle soup, novegetables. And it is by far the best chicken noodle soup I have ever had from an oriental dining establishment. I recentlyintroduced my boss to Dynamite Sushi, and it has become his new favorite spot for sushi. Although a California Roll is the mostbasic and beginner type of sushi, I have to acknowledge their fried California roll. I had never heard of something similarbefore where the sushi is fried, but we were blown away. Forgive me for not remembering her name; I also have to acknowledgethe woman who usually works at the front desk and or waitress during lunchtime on the weekdays. She is super friendly andwelcoming and always has a smile. She even remembers things about you if you come by more than once. I'm the "chicken noodlesoup no vegetables" guy. ???? They have some awards displayed in front of their lobby, and I can see why that is. DynamiteSushi is my number one favorite sushi restaurant in all of New England. Read more

I can?t believe I?ve lived in Hudson for over a year and haven?t been to this gem until today! All of the food exceeded our... expectations. The sushi was fresh, pad Thai and chicken satay were full of flavor. The vegetable tofu soup was warm anddelicious. We will be back! Read more
Awesome sushi. Huge variety. My favorite are the Tempora ones. Hubby was impressed with the sashimi. Got a sushi boat which was... cool. The spicy tuna rolls were delish. Air conditioning felt nice. Waitress was super cute and very friendly. Lots ofcocktail options. Atmosphere was cozy....small place. Left happy and will return soon. Read more
This place is a gem. Great casual sushi bar. The type of place where they remember you. Sushi is excellent.
