My last two times here have been abysmal. The third shift people don't care at all. I had one double quarter pounder that was... so burnt on one side I could have used it to scrub my car. And then today i ordered and i heard the cook swearing about it. Sohe decided to put ketchup and grease over each and every sandwich (5 total). My kids didn't care, but the principal stillremains. And those of you who think that this is what you expect from any business. Why don't you just give me your moneysince you have no problem giving it away for poor - and in this case, virtually non-existent - service. Anyway, go the the onein Nashua, they give a f&$* Update: 04.05.22 I went to grab some breakfast and when I opened the bag I was pleasantlysurprised. Someone had take the extra few seconds to neatly arrange and layer the sandwiches in the bag rather than throw themin. Also, they wrapped them with care making sure each label on the paper showed the correct item and even placed them alllabel side up so it was easy to identify. Seems like something small, but this is great when you have multiple differentitems. Morning team you rock! If only the closing crew could get it together and maintain the consistent level of servicethat is promoted at the start of shift. Ultimately this enforcement falls on management, but one motivated worker (like the onewho carefully wrapped, and stacked my bag of food) will always be overshadowed by a mediocre worker (the lazy, inconsideratechild who intentionally messed up my food). Update: 11.03.22 Went to grab some breaky at 10.30 and they had already swappedmenus entirely. I'd get it if it was 10.50, but what is the point of saying breakfast till 11, if that's not what your doing. Read more
This particular location the lobby typically closed at midnight so you able to dine in. I like and appreciate that and the... staff here are nice and friendly..I live in Nashua but travel to this.location because it better than the others around. Called ahead to make sure the infamous ice-cream machine was working and was told it was by a friendly girl. Arrived 20 minutes... later at the drive through and was told " it's going to be a really long wait " ok no problem people get busy and help isshort i get it. Then after every car left the the drive through line a less than friendly 0voice came over the PA and informedus the ice cream machine was down. When I remarked that we had just called she said "fine but it's going to really watery" weleft with 2 disappointed kids. Not a big deal but when your 7 year old specifically asked for Mc Ds ice-cream for his birthdayit hurts. Too bad. Read more
There is a lady that works the Drive-through with glasses and long dark hair with blond streaks is fantastic and very friendly,... you definitely need to promote her. Read more
Basic McDonald's visit. Nothing special this time. Most of the staff here is very kind and personable. 2/10 visits we have had a... mix up, so low odds. Always busy. Best McDonald's in town. Read more
My son and my daughters best friend both ordered chicken nugget happy meals and ended up with food poisoning for last 2 days non... stop vomiting and diarrhea! Please make sure food is cooked and fresh!!! Read more
