Spent over forty bucks for cheese pizza , bread sticks and wings. Noticed the taste is off and onger the same on the cheese.... Noticed it last time a few months back but figured they used different cheese to make do . Nope. I usual don't mind going withthe higher prices if I love the food, since I know food prices are crazy. Not sure if it's soy garbage or different kind ofcheese , but it just doesn't taste the same. Waste of forty bucks . Won't be going back . Read more

( Updated from 1 star to 5 because the general manager saw how upset my wife and I were and instead of just letting it be,... called us and apologized for our experience and made everything right. he even assured us that the employees would be talked toso this doesn?t happen again to anyone else. Thankful there are people who still truly care about their customers!) I normallydon?t write reviews but this was my worst pizza experience ever. They took an extra 25 minutes making our pizzas, and when theycame out they forgot one so we had to wait another 15 minutes. No big deal? we get it, you are short-staffed, but when I askedthe manager what she could do to help me out, she had a bad attitude and said, ?you?ll get your pizza either way, so I can?ttake it off your order.? My wife and I hadn?t done anything wrong but we?re punished for it. We still have yet to receive anymoney back even tho she insisted on taking $5 off. Not going there again. Read more
The whole crew here is fantastic. The general manager will often make the food you order. Everyone is way more pleasant than... they need to be, and there's always a bit of joy you experience just picking up your order. I had an issue with DoorDash wherethe delivery driver kept the wings I ordered and DoorDash tried blaming it on the store. Livid, I called and they confirmed theyhad video evidence of the dasher picking up all our food. No reason they needed to be that through but that's just the level ofservice you get at this place. I had a free offer for a small pizza ???? from the rewards program and Google Maps said "dine in", so we tried here. Great ????... service! I'm not a fan of pizza anymore, but, I've been a fan of Papa Gino's since I was a kid. My friend loves the crust andshe enjoys Papa Gino's. My kids devoured their ???? slices.
