We were looking forward to visit Applebee's last week. What a disappointment! The restaurant was not crowded, so there was no... excuse for the unprofessional service, the long wait for the soup and the main meal. The medium Hamburger was well done. Thechicken and shrimp were super dry. The meal was to have onions and mushrooms topping the chicken. I actually found three slicesof mushroom! Finally, to top it off, the dishes were dirty. This was probably one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had at an apple bees. First we waited 20 mins for the waitress... take our drink order. I do not blame her as it looked like she was the only waitress on during a packed saturday. This is astaffing issue. As to not wait another 20 mins for our food order to be taken we ordered our food. It was just my child and I soit wasn't alot of food: All you can eat boneless wings and a kids pizza. Pretty simple. So we waited another 20 mins for that tocome out. Then I had to ask for silverware and napkins. Noticed that as advertised the wings didnt come with coleslaw. Whatever.As she brought the food I told her that I would like to order my next set of wings now as this set took awhile. I ordered garlicand parm. I was disgusted by what she brought. See photo. I sent the picture to my gf who was disgusted as well. When thewaitress came back I was like these are gross and I would like the check. I asked her if she would eat these. She shook her headand responded nooooo. So she brought the check and walked off then returned for the money. I asked another staff for a box formy kids pizza. She came back with two and i told her that i only needed one as I wasn't going to take those wings and wantedthem sent back because they were gross. She asked if I wanted a refund. I replied with sure but idk how its possible as it's anall you can eat order and it was her idea. I took my son to the restroom (toilet looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in days)and on the way out I heard staff bickering about a refund so we promptly left. 10 out of 10 would not reccomend. This place has been a family go-to spot for several years. I stopped in today to take the family for a bite to eat. The hostess... was friendly and seated us. The waitress was courteous enough, but never gave her name. I went to the ladies restroom to wash myhands and I was greeted with a foul-smelling, disgusting bathroom - The bathroom looked and smelled like it hadn?t been cleanedin ages. When I returned to my table, I discreetly asked our server to relay to the manager that the bathroom was in horrendouscondition and needed to be tended to right away. I don?t know how seriously she took my complaint, but we were in the restaurantfor at least 45 minutes to an hour. Upon finishing our meal, I visited the ladies restroom and found it in exactly the samedisgusting condition. Additionally, the booth next to us had spilled food on the floor? Things that can cause someone to slipand fall? It remind there untouched even as I was leaving. If this is indicative of the management of this place, no wonder it?sgetting bad reviews and going completely downhill. What a disappointment. It is very highly unlikely that I would return to thisparticular location. It did not seem to be very professional, and there appears to be a gross lack of proper management. Shameon you Applebee?s! Horrible experience. I want to give zero stars but that's not an option. I've ordered from other Applebee's and have had no... problem. This past Sunday I received the worst experience I ever have getting take out. I ordered online as I was groceryshopping & planned to be done when my order was ready. My order was paid online & I drove to the Carside to Go spot. I checkedin on the app & waited for someone to come out. It was past the time I was told my dinner would be ready. So I called the numberposted. The girl who answered told me it will be "a while" still. While waiting, another car pulled up & their meal was broughtto them instantly. I asked the employee where my meal was since it was now 35 minutes after my scheduled time. She said peoplecalled out & there was only 1 cook & that she was sorry but my food wasn't even cooked yet. I had already paid & put in a tip. Ididn't know how to cancel for a refund & drive away. An HOUR after my food was scheduled to be ready, the same employee broughtmy food out. The food was not just made; the hot food (burger & fries) were completely cold. The salad, which was supposed to bean oriental chicken salad - was just brown lettuce with cold chicken tenders on it. It was the worse Applebees experience I have ever had. It's always been a great experience for me. Our steaks were undercooked.... Our order was screwed up and to top it off I found 2 pieces of hair in my food. The manager was very nice about it as she toldus how sorry she was and didn't charge us for our dinners. Service was not good. We had a birthday group for Moms birthday. Had trouble getting drinks and refills and even getting waited... on. One person in party was late getting his meal, a simple meal at that. We were going to get dessert but waitress didn't comeback to check on us. I asked for the check and we got dessert elsewhere. the waitresses are SO NICE, SWEET, and helpful. We were at this Applebee?s location yesterday and the waitress helped my sister... find vegan options on the menu! The food was so good, recommend the pretzels sticks, absolutely delicious and warm. The wingswere delicious, as well as I had this new blue razz Mountain Dew so so good. ?????? these waitresses are so hardworking andtreat their customers very kindly and respectfully. If a clean establishment and properly cooked orders are what your in search of?.. do not go here. Very poor management!... Bathrooms that make you sick to your stomach. Food all over the floor. Random items on our burgers that didn?t belong there.Cold boneless chicken. Hoping we don?t get sick. If the front end is this nasty I?d hate to see the backend. Will never returnto this location. We gave it a shot thinking that a previous customer review pointed out the same issues and management clearlyresponded to make it right. Figured they would have, on top of the cleanliness required after the pandemic. Nope! Very nastyexperience and I want to do my share to help you avoid the same issues we encountered. Clearly, they don?t care aboutyou. Update 10/18/22: In all fairness to this establishment that relies on reviews to drive business, the management reachedout to me in an attempt to make it right. They assured me that the place was cleaned up and were very apologetic about theentire situation. They went so far as to invite my family and I back for a free meal. I certainly was not looking for a freemeal. Refund would have been nice. Be that as it may, we will not be returning for a free meal. Hate to be the guy who got afree meal because of a bad review. I watch too many restaurant shows for that. I can only hope they were sincere. My goal was toeducate and bring about changes for future customers. It?s on the new customers from here on out.
