Fun vibe. Ate outside during this beautiful sunny day. Had the delicious steamed dumplings and beef satay with a great peanut... dipping sauce. The star was the mildly spicy Dan Dan Noodles. We cut the richness of the previous dishes with the cool crunchycucumbers. We ordered a flavored rice also but it had zero flavor. This was the only substandard dish. Don't remember ourservers name but she was wonderful. We'll be returning on our next Hudson visit. Read more

Amazing food/drinks/service, definitely my favorite place in Hudson. Great vegan and GF options. Incredibly sad they took their... chicken nuggets off the menu, but such is life. Also, make sure to call ahead as sometimes their kitchen is closed in theevening. Read more
The menu is a trader Joe's/ Costco special. Tasted like right of the bag heated. Drinks were good. Bad service got no water... unlike everyone else. Edit since I can't seem to reply. Just left 20 min ago. Salty after taste for all the food. Read more
Surprisingly good asian fusion food for the area. The curry katsu was bomb. The curry sauce with squash or pumpkin is both... delicious and healthy. Karaage was good. My husband and I have been going to Hudson for roughly 10 years now and by far our favorite place is Back Bar! Not only is the... food delicious, but the staff is fun, energetic, friendly, diverse and down to earth. We always leave feeling like we're part ofthe family and look forward to seeing everyone every time we visit the area. Not to mention the space itself, with outdoorseating options and cozy nooks, there is something for everyone here. Also, they are dog friendly and treat our pup like one oftheir own.
