This little tea shop has the perfect ambiance and will transport... you back in time when you were a kid at your grandmothers having a quick spot of breakfast before school. Among the high-brow hipster joints around Hudson, Tanzy?s was a much appreciated down-to-earth breakfast diner. Portions sizes... are filling (do you SEE the size of that pancake??) and the options are wonderfully expected (eggs, bacon, French toast). Ihighly recommend the french toast because it is nicely dense and caramelized, very rich and tasty. Waitstaff was attentive andsat us right away on a Sunday. They provided a carafe of water and iced coffee so we could help ourselves at our leisure. Read more

I was craving a bacon egg and cheese the iconic NY breakfast and I've heard great things about this place. I decided to walk in... and I was not disappointed. The decor is amazing the people are even better and the food looked incredible. If you want abreakfast sandwhich and you are anywhere near this area this should be your go to spot.
