Went there twice during a three-day visit to Hudson, NY. The food, a pan SE Asian mix, is well-curated, reasonably priced,... delicious and VERY generously portioned. This truck does a brisk business any time near lunch/dinner hours, so be prepared totake a break on one of the provided stools to wait 15 mins or so. The food is certainly worth the wait. This is the idealiteration of a food truck, where the money clearly goes into the meal and the customer reaps the reward of the decreasedoverhead costs as compared to a traditional restaurant. Yummy Kitchen operates seasonally in the warmer months in Hudson, andshould be on the list for anyone visiting the city. Read more
