Went there on a Wednesday, 3:00. Walked in the door, some kids were eating at a table. People were making orders behind the... counter. Signs were posted that they didn't have enough employees to stay open. I asked the person closest to the line what wasup, she said they were "closed". But they were busily making orders. Read more
Let me state that I love chipotle. One of my favorites. I recently moved to Hudson and this location is just bad. 1 star. Order... through the app and they are 30 minutes late every time and the portions are small. Wait in line and it?s roll of the dice.Currently they have only one employee and I?m at 20 minutes. Very aesthetically pleasing appearance. Very clean. The food was fresh and actually tasted better than other Chipotle?s. Most... impressive was the staff. We had enjoyable conversations with Kevin and Faith. Both were very friendly and Kevin really does afine job putting together a burrito. He made them so all ingredients were spread throughout and folded it perfectly. I can notremember eating a burrito that stayed in tact and made no mess. The team did a great job but we're running 35 minutes behind. The low rating is that they still have no indoor seating or... ordering. So 30 people are all standing around within 6 get of each other waiting for thier food. The pandemic is over let's getback to work clearly closing things like ca and my didn't help. Live in Hudson and will drive to Streetsboro or Stow to get it. Love Chipotle but this location is a tire fire. Always 45 min... behind, out of food, and the slowest human beings on earth. Just go to Streetsboro and save yourself the anger. Read more
