The best thing about Panera bread? Well, other than their amazing bagels and pastries of course? Their sip of the month club! As... traveling AdVANturists this comes in super handy. Unlimited drinks every 2 hours across the country? Why yes, please and thankyou! Stopped at this location to get a beverage and split an Asiago bagel with cream cheese. As always, both of these productswere as to be expected. No complaints on either! Parking as this location is hairy at best. Busy parking lot with lots of selfcentered drivers. Make sure your insurance is current and pay attention! Whoever designed the parking lot should consider adifferent line of work. Interior is your typical Panera. But the flow is horrible! The entry is crowded and how people wouldmove around to get food and sit down is convoluted. On top of the poor flow of human feet, the bathrooms are super small, gapsin the stalls far too large (peeping eyes beware) and someone needs to do a good detail. On the upside? The patio here is HUGEand super nice. Half covered with a roof and half with umbrellas. Saving grace for such a poorly designed interior. Not ourfavorite location, but serves the purpose! Read more

I do not perceive the value when compared to the exorbitant menu prices. 7.99 for a cup of average tasting soup is too much. All... I get is coffee here. I haven't compared prices to other panera's and wonder how much is ascribed to inflation and how much isascribed to Covelli franchises. Location is average, with tons of HS employee/turnover. I recently have been coming in more often due to my workplace being nearby. The morning/lunch shift is great! Listened to my... specific orders, asked if I needed anything else. When I come here during after school hours I realized its mainly staffed byhigh school students.. Panera seems like a great first job! but.. these employees were talking in a little group while there wasa line with at least four people, people training others with their back facing the customers. These students were rly confusedand took 15 minutes to get my food because they didn't know what buttons they needed to push. I understand that they may havebeen new hires but I saw no management figure helping out these kids. Read more
We usually have great food here. However, we ordered steak and white cheddar and although we didn't see it and no one ask if we... wanted horseradish it came with a lot. You couldn't taste the steak or the cheese. We had it for carry out so we couldn't tellanyone. Neither of us finished the sandwich. Read more
Yikes. Where do I even start? Incorrect change, everything was packaged up "to go" even though we said "for here", wrong food... items, none of the tables or chairs were being cleaned, beverage counter was sticky, and of course the small portion sizes withhigh prices. I get that everywhere has staffing issues but try standing out with quality over quantity. I'd rather wait a momentand see amazing service then endless mistakes (because I'd hope that laziness couldn't be a part of it). Way too expensive of aplace to see these issues. I really hope to change this review to something more positive but I don't see a reason to return. Read more
