Fine food and setting, but very high prices. I went with the burger at $16, very tasty and charbroiled, but thom enough that it... fell to pieces near the end. Served with one entire leaf of romaine twice the size of the bun. My wife had shortrib raviolithat she really enjoyed. Read more

Reserved a clam bake for 2 people online. Drove all the way up to Hudson from Canton to enjoy said clam bake only to find out... upon our arrival that they were out of clam bakes. The girl at the hostess stand claimed she tried to call but her call wouldn'tgo through. Update: The manager reached out to me to address my concerns. She was courteous and helpful. I look forward togiving this establishment a second chance. Read more

Bday for 7 early on a Sunday eve. Nice outdoor patio. Great indoor ambience. Wait staff was very good. Chicken Ana was ok.... Nothing special. Presentation was bland boring. Broccoli risotto looked old /overcooked. Read more

My first experience at Rosewood left a lot to be desired. They were out of the Steak Cut I specifically went there to order.... After looking the menu over again, the waiter then told us about the specials. I settled on a three course prix fix meal of aCaesar salad petit filet, asparagus, mashed potatoes, sautéed shrimp and seasonal ice cream. My wife chose a chicken and pastameal and an appetizer. The food arrived and the presentation was exactly what you would expect for this type of restaurant. Oncewe began eating, however, things took a turn for the worse. My wife took a bite and made a strange face and began stirring herpasta dish around. After another two bites, she asked me to taste it. The pasta was under cooked, the chicken was completelyflavorless and appeared to be rib or thigh meat and not breast meat. My Steak was ordered medium well and came out medium rarein that it was bright pink throughout and had a blood red center. My asparagus was barely warm and undercooked. It had thecrunch of vegetables on a relish tray. And then my shrimp were tough and rubbery. The cherry on top was the lack of acherry…..never received any ice cream when I offered my plate to the waiter. Although he was very friendly, he made nocomments or inquiries as to why two almost complete meals were being left on their plates to be tossed. Especially evident wasmy bleeding medium well steak staring him in the face. The final negative for me was that when my wife finished filling out thecheck I noticed we were charged full price for the special I reluctantly ordered and barely ate. The waiter had moved on toother tables, so I spoke to the hostess about the pricing. She confirmed that the meal should have been $10 less due to the timeof day and Day of the week, but made no offer to correct the error. At this point I left dumbfounded. On a normal day I wouldhave sent my plate back and or asked to speak to a manager. This, however, was my 20th anniversary dinner and we just de Read more

Always a fantastic meal. I especially love their Lobster Bisque. We went for their assiduously Valentine’s Day menu and it... was superb. Great selection, quick service and a hot and fresh meal served in a timely fashion. Read more

This was our 5th visit to Rosewood. We live in Detroit though I am from Chagrin Falls and husband is from West Branch. We were... in town for an event at Hiram and planned to have dinner here to round out our weekend. I didn’t call for reservations untillate and so accepted one for 8:45. We arrived just after 7, thinking we’d sit at the bar and to our surprise we were seatedright away. I enjoyed the Chicken Anna, hubs had the 16 oz Delmonico special and we ended with the absolutely sublime and velvetcrème brûlée. Both entrees were perfectly prepared and delicious. Rosewood does everything right. The staff ensures that youhave everything you need without being intrusive. The old stone walls and plush fabrics create a cozy environment and, while youare close to your neighbors, you just don’t notice anyone but at your table. We are thrilled to see that RG survived thepandemic and we look eagerly forward to our next visit! Read more

5 star experience at store bought wine prices. My boyfriend and I went there on a Sunday brunch and we had a wonderful time.... Hannah, the server was nice, pleasant, and have a great personality. Food was hot and delicious. I think they should put theflutes in ice and then add the mimosas so it's cold. But other than that it was a great experience. I can't wait to go there formy mom and sister New Years Lunch Celebration so they can love it too. Two people together cost as least $50. Affordable prices, not inexpensive. Read more
