It would have given it a 5 star of the drive through wasn't so very slow. Excluding the drive through, the food was fresh and... tasty. Maybe this is why the drive through is so slow. So it comes down to which you prefer, really fast drive through serviceand not so fresh food, or a longer wait, but your food is not and tastes fresh, not reheated. Still worth the try. Read more

Employees seemed inexperienced and unmanaged. They were understaffed for a Sunday morning and took way too long to do everything... and they looked annoyed about everything. Idk how it is past the breakfast time but they really need to fix their morningservices. Read more

Luke, 11 am on Sunday morning, I had an incident right outside the door of your restaurant where I had my large coffee slip out... of my hand and literally explode all over your front door and sidewalk. I stepped back in and asked for a rag to clean it up,but your staff were right on the money. You?re lucky to have such courteous and forgiving employees in times like these, wherefinding any decent help is a chore. Employee retention via a marginal raise is recommended, coming from one business owner toanother. Your employees handled the situation beautifully! Replaced the coffee without a fuss, and proceeded by immediatelycleaning up the mess, insisting that they will take care of it, despite me voicing that I would do it. Rolled in just before 8:30pm this evening. Big line at the drive-thru, so we tried inside. Front door was locked, then we... noticed the dining room closes at 8pm, but there was a big neon sign saying the drive through is open, so we got in line. Linedidn't move for 20 minutes. The cars in front of us eventually gave up one by one. We get to the speaker and sit waiting forfive minutes. Nothing. All the screens on, all the lights on. Pull up to the drive-thru and see two staff inside. Honked threetimes and they completely ignored us. One of us knocked on the window next to the drive-thru and they finally opened thedrive-thru window and told us they are closed. The sign right on the window says the drive-thru is open until 11. No explanationas to why they are closing early, no apology whatsoever, they just close the window on our face. Meanwhile there is still a bigline of cars behind us that are about to go through the same thing. At least turn off the screens, lights, and big sign sayingthe drive-thru is open if you are closing early?!? All in all wasted 30 minutes with starving kids in the back. Read more

A&W has very good quality food, but this location is terrible. Bugs are everywhere in the store, smell of garbage is there,... seems they don?t care about the hygiene of the location. The toilet is not clean, overall I don?t recommend anyone to buy theirfood from this location. Totally different experience with other A&W locations I ever had! Read more

Really friendly staff I had a grandpa combo the burger and the fries had a little spice way better than Ontario in my opinion

Went to the drive through to get 2 teen burgers with the 9,99$ coupon and an extra side of onion rings and sweet potato fries.... Ended up waiting 15 minutes for the food at the window without getting greeted. When the defeated and rude sounding cashierfinally gave me the total after scanning my coupon it came out to 25$. Obviously that was wrong and i explained to herrespectfully what i ordered and she said without hesitation that i was wrong without even checking anything, clearly trying tohide her mistake. I asked her to give me the receipt, and she said it was in the bag. By the time i was on the highway andchecked my order it was completely wrong, the receipt was nowhere to be found, there were no napkins, no sauce for the sweetpotato fries.
