It was my birthday yesterday so I decided to go to a shooting range in Wisconsin! Afterwards, it seemed fitting to finish the... day with great BBQ. Came across this WONDERFUL gem of a place!!!! I have NEVER had such tender beef brisket in my entire life!!???????????????? It was so damn juicy and the flavor was too die for. The Gouda mac and cheese was on point!! Heck, I'm not afan of coleslaw and there's I will order again! The pulled pork was just a bit dry but not enough to not order it again. To topit off, I've never had bread pudding and according to my son, it's the BEST he's EVER had!! So beyond worth it! Althoughextremely busy, the waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. Best BBQ around, ribs and brisket were amazing as well as the cornbread. Also the Bloody Mary was perfect. Great restaurant/Bar... and an awesome atmosphere for dinner or late night food and cocktails. Read more
Slowest service ever. Instead of any customer service, was told it wasn’t a full 30 minute wait and we were slow to order so... it was our fault. Never had such a poor customer experience. The soup of the day was great. The Roadhouse beans lukewarm. Noreason to return any time soon. Read more
The brisket was smokey and perfectly cooked, the potato salad was excellent, the Mac and cheese could not have been better, and... the cheesecake was good enough we are talking about driving the 30 minutes back tomorrow for one more slice. But the best partof the meal was our very helpful and friendly server, Stacey. It's nice to know this bbq is in our world. We shall return! Read more
Amazing food. Staff was super friendly. The half rack of ribs seemed like it was re-heated but it was delicious either way. The... Mac and cheese is delicious and the beans were amazing. Edit: Came back a second time and got the half brisket and it was superamazing! Cooked perfectly!!! Read more
Cool atmosphere. Quick service even when buisy! The candied bacon basket app was amazing. Our meats consisted of some brisket... and a smoked ribeye, both delicious. Even the Mac & cheese & loaded potato skillet were good. Definitely will be a returncustomer. Read more
Pretty good food. Server was awesome, helpful, and funny. I wish I would have caught her name, but I hope she had a nice time... watching her son's football game last night! Good variety, tons of seating-- from the outside, I had no idea how big the placewas. The parking lot was pretty full, but inside like 2/3 of the tables were empty. Read more
First time trying this place and couldn't recommend it enough!! Great Atmosphere! Our waitress was awesome. Food comes out fast... and it's delicious! It is a little out of the way and by itself in outer Hudson but it's very worth the drive! Read more
