Every 3 or 4 weeks whether we need to or not, we have Bricks! Our favorite on the regular menu is the Ricco. We love trying the... specials and have had the Sweet Corn 3 times this season. Delicious! A nice relaxed atmosphere blended with the bold taste of wood fire pizza. The simple ingredients set my pallet ablaze with the... flavor of prosciutto and artichoke. The saltiness offsetting the tang of crushed San Marzano polmoldoro tomato. Truly awonderful experience. I suggest leaving your comfort zone at the door and go for the best flavors you could want in a truewoodfire pizza experience. Restaurant is small but had a cozy feel. Fantastic little brick oven pizza place. Great pizza, one of the best I've had. Dough was perfectly balance of slightly... stretchy and chewey yet crispy. Wife and I shared a pizza off the feature menu ( Estelle's peach pizza) . Not what you mayexpect was good balance of toppings, and very fresh. Highly recommend, we'll be back. Read more
Really delicious food! We had tomato basil soup (with local tomatoes) and a fabulous salad and pizza!! We weren?t planning on... dessert until the owners told us the apples in the apple crisp were from their yard! It was also outstanding! This place is areal gem! Read more
