Food is good But the facility is filthy. I went in for a bowl at 10:45 as soon as their doors open and it looked like it had... been open all night. The divider glass looked like a chain smokers car windows. The surfaces looked like had been wiped withyesterdays dirty napkins and the beverage dispensers looked the same. Read more

For the most part the chicken bowl was good. Never enough meat for me but that?s all Chipotle?s. The pieces could have been a... little smaller. You needed to cut them up yourself to eat. The ice machine was not working but I rarely use it anyway. Theproblem for me was the lack of cleanliness of the place. Every table in the place was dirty and the whole time I was there, notone ever got cleaned. I won?t mention the floor. For me a dirty front end usually means a dirty kitchen. I would never blamethe employees in a restaurant because they only reflect its management - do better. Read more

We arrived at 8:30pm to find that they were already cleaning for the night. The workers were not friendly and not paying... attention to their customers orders. There were no onions or peppers made. All supplies to make anything were almost gone sothey were hardly putting anything in our bowls. We had to ask for more just to get a full bowl. It was limited seating as theywere trying to clean for close (mind you they close at 10 and this was 8:30. There was no ice so our pop was warm. The tableshad not been wiped off so we found the cleanest one to sit at. Our food was cold and didn?t taste that great!! This is my secondtime there and for what you pay I was truly disappointed and won?t be back!! I would rather make the trip to Woodbury and knowthe food will be good and so will the service!! I don't know how they handle the crowds and stay calm. Always a good choice if you want to spend $10-13 on lunch, just don't... plan on doing anything after for an hour. Lot of food, good fast food. Nice place Read more

Had to change ratings. Three years ago it was something I stopped at a lot. The past few months I would walk over and apparently... I'm the luckiest person ever. Closed each time. Just close and be done. You can't keep 9 pans (9 PANS!) FULL of product for your patrons. Last time I checked onions were... falling off the shelves and green peppers are in season but you can't make a fajita in Hudson. Then your doe eyed assemblersdon't tell you you're out of fajita veggies till after you order, then I order the Barbacoa burrito and the pan was almostempty and he loaded soup instead of meat into my entree. Then the assembler puts fresh without taking the tomato water out ofthe spoon so I get that too. By the time I get home in 10 minutes the bowl leaked out and my car seat and floor (thank goodnessfor weather tech) was wet and the bag broke. Every time I go in I have to make some adjustment to the menu because you can'tkeep 9 items hot in a steam table. And it was all cold by the time I get home. I'm done with your location in Hudson. It'snot worth the hassle when I have 2 options in Woodbury that don't run out of product. This is not what I'm used to. Unappealing soggy food. Read more

I just moved to Hudson a couple months ago and thought I give this Chipotle a try last night. Bad idea. All the staffs look like... they were a bunch of highschoolers who decided to open a fast food restaurant. Nothing was stocked, all the juices from the thesoda areas were empty, the counters (that they prepare our food) were messy and unsanitary. The back counter (where the cookpass the new meat and ingredients to the front) was even more messy. It was a nightmare. They ring me up and didn't even printmy receipt for me and started ringing the guy next to me up. I didn't even know if my payment went through or not. I'm a big fan of Chipotle but I can't help but be consistently disappointed with this location. Today I made an online order for... a steak and chicken burrito, chicken burrito, and steak bowl with queso on the side. I didn't receive the queso that I paidextra for. I would be more understanding if this wasn't a consistent issue. Along with that, I made my order an hour ahead oftime so I expected for it to be done by 7, the time I designated for pickup. My order wasn't done until 7:15 and once I was ableto eat the food was cold. ~I also wanted to bring up the time I ordered a steak salad, and didn't receive any lettuce. I calledthe store and was told I would get a refund and never did. I am very displeased with the service at this location and will bespending my money elsewhere. Read more
