We are Irish so we know what boxty is. Visiting the area and excited to see an Irish bar/restaurant. We each ordered Boxty and... it was absolutely horrible. Zero resemblance to traditional Irish Boxty. Horribly disappointing. Read more

Such great food! The waitress did great managing the entire front of house. All of the food was amazing but these Brussels... sprouts even my husband ate! So good! Highly recommend! Be patient with them as it appears they are still striving for a fullcomeback after the effects of COVID. Read more

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! The food was amazing, and the guys working were super attentive. The only down side... was the lack of clientele and staff so they have had to reduce hours and their menu. We were definitely looking forward totrying the lamb stew, But if you can definitely come check them out it will be worth it! I had an Irish martini and a peppermintpaddy to drink, we had the Irish sausage rolls for an appetizer. My 13 year old, who hates mustard, took the whole ramekin of itbecause the mustard was so good with the it. Then we had the mac n cheese with chicken and the Jameson boxty for dinner, it wasso good my son now wants to move to Ireland. Lol. And then we finished our meal off with the sticky toffee cake for desert. TheIrish cream is even made in house and is so good. Read more

We visited Paddy Ryan's three times in 2021, and each time was excellent. We have enjoyed the Irish stew, seafood chowder,... Jameson medallions, fish and chips, and for dessert, the sticky toffee pudding. On our current visit, just four days ago, thingswere different. No stew and no chowder, even though the menu posted on their website listed these as available. The online menualso listed "Signature Dishes", while the in-restaurant menu only contained an abbreviated list of "Entrees." We ordered theIrish sausage rolls, black and tan onion rings, and fish and chips. Each of these were okay, but they did not impress like ourearlier visits. However, a dessert of the sticky toffee pudding would make up for that. Alas, we were informed there were notany desserts being offered. What a letdown. That and the Guinness not being on tap, made for a disappointing evening. However, since our previous visits were excellent, we will look forward to another visit, later this year. Read more

The Jameson steak medallions as well as the fish hit the spot, and the Jameson an crabbie's cocktail were just what the doctor... ordered. Highly recommend those! Read more

This is a hidden gem! If I could give it more then 5 stars I would. We had the scallop special and it was the best scallops and... asparagus I have ever had and I am from and grew up in Florida. The beef and guiness pie was tip top! Eat you heart out cheesecake factory. Our waitress was amazing and had the most beautiful accent. This place is a MUST. Will be back! Read more
