I have come here for years. Had ordered 4 items. 2 items weren't given. Someone picked up the order for me. Called when I got... home to ask for partial refund. Told me that they weren't going to do that and that the only solution is for me to drive 25minutes there and 25 minutes back again. I said that isn't going to happen and he said that he "certainly won't be giving arefund instead." And that I can go to corporate. Ok....I might add this is the 2nd time in a row they've forgotten it. I wasjust closer when I realized it. Pizza was also unfortunately not great as after baking, the crust stuck to the tray, which I'venever seen before and ruined the pizzas. Read more

This is one of my favorite pizza places, yes you have to cook it yourself but that does allow me a certain amount of control... that most places don't afford. I don't like a pizza that is under cooked and by cooking it a little longer at 425 I can get mycheese as crispy as I like. They have some really great pizza options. My favorite pizza was a promotional pizza called ThaiChicken pizza, it was AMAZING! Too bad they don't have it anymore. Read more
