The Cheese burger I had was so juicy and the bun was just the right size. However the meal came slightly cool. I'm guessing it... must of sat before it was brought out to my table. The service was friendly but not over bearing. The atmosphere is familyfriendly vibe. Read more
Walked in with my daughter and waited at the Please Wait to Be Seated sign for 4 minutes before a person even came out. After... we were seated they brought out our beverages (no straws) and then we waited another 10+ minutes for a waitress. Finally gotour orders in and about 5 minutes later the waitress (who looked exhausted) brought over silverware bundles wrapped in a dirtynapkin. While we waited another 20 minutes for our food, we watched 3 people wait at the register for about 5 minutes forsomeone to come run their card. We also saw another order get sent back to the kitchen for some reason. Combine this with thenumber of flies buzzing over our heads, and I would say it is unlikely I would ever set foot in here again. We still haven'tgotten our food as I write this review. Our waitress Kay was amazing and so friendly. She was very understanding of my fathers condition and helped accommodate us with... restrooms. She was patient with us when it came to food and checked on us several times during our meal to ensure it was goodand we were enjoying it. This ladies customer service is what I expect when I go into a restaurant or anywhere really!! Pretty decent food but they still struggle with competing with other chain restaurants. This is mainly due to complexity of... their menu and hiring practices. Less menu items at higher quality would be a good step in the right direction. Read more
The pancakes ewere yummy, but the soda fountain coke was icky. I switched to water and lemon and it was fresh lemon and that was... a nice surprise. I ordered crisp bacon and I got perfectly crisp bacon along with crispy tator tots. I did not like how we hadto ask for extra napkins as there were no napkins at the table in the first place other than wrapped around the silverware. Ithought that would be common since to give extra napkins to a table that was eating breakfast and had syrup all over our platesand mouths. Overall it was a tad bit expensive than I thought it was foing ro be for three people. Plus the quality of the foodwas mediocre.
