I placed a order for delivery waited over an hour.called the store back they tried telling me I ordered online which I didn't. I... placed the order over the phone. Then I was told I would have to pay a delivery fee in which I believe due to their lack ofprofessionalism I should have got my order for free. The girl who I talked to from the store was very rude and quiteunprofessional in every way. We have been buying our pizza from this Dominos for over 5 years now. Sometimes we have only weeks between orders and sometimes... months. No matter what we have been lucky enough never to have a bad pizza. Not so lucky with cheesy bread or cinnamon twists,but never a bad pizza. I just got a burnt pizza, half the outside crust torn off and the pieces jumbled on top of one another. Yes I was upset but when... I told that manager Cole I needed the pizza for my grandson he said too bad I'll get a credit and to go get food at Market 32.He asked how I would pick up the new pizza from them if I couldn't even get there,I said redeliver the right pizza!I'm a verygood customer and never had a problem before,now I'll order else where!!!
