This place is too big for it's britches. Waited 20 minutes in the line to get our food. Why do you have two lanes for one window... ? Trying to grab a quick bite after a rough day...this isn't quick. My family loves the food but this location leaves off ordered items so frequently. Today we are missing two items we paid for.... This is the 4th time it?s happened at this location. I recommend checking your order before you leave the parking lot everytime. Edited: giving two stars back because I was reached out to by the manager and assured that they will do better. I usually have a great experience at this location. They were slammed when I got there but still moving pretty quickly. I... ordered 12ct grilled nuggets a large fry and larger drink. I got a regular 12ct chicken nugget a medium drink and no sauce. Ididn?t even check my order bc it?s never wrong. Not bashing them just disappointed. Read more
You know what you expect at Chick-fil-A. This is not what we got. The girl taking the order was not on her game. The food... wasn't hot when we got it, and for those of you who are old enough. The old Wendy's commercial where's the beef came to mind,only this time where the chicken? All of this and two employees in dining room that one is just taking and doing nothing whilethe other kinda wipes down tables. I'm sure they have more than one cleaning rag to sanitize the tables. They are always so friendly here and very clean. They are very busy around lunch time but they do a great job of still making... the drive thru as quick as possible. On the rare chance that there has been a mistake with your order they do everything theycan to make it right even if you don't discover the error until you get home. This is one fast food restaurant though if youdon't get a chance to check your order before you leave the drive thru that more than likely your order will be correct when youget home which is not something you can say about a lot of other fast food restaurants. Stopped here while traveling. Super clean restaurant with clean restrooms. The play place is open for the kiddos to stretch... their legs. Employees were friendly and food was hot and fresh and yummy. Fresh flowers on all the tables. I would definitelystop here again and I recommend this place! Read more
We took a small bus load of kids (28 people in all) on a field trip, and made plans to eat at this Chick-fil-A on our way home.... We called ahead and ordered our food and gave them an ETA. They went above and beyond in getting our food prepped and passed outonce we got there?and all with smiles on their faces. This location is the epitome of excellent customer service. ***Edited to add- manager reached out and made it right. What happened to good customer service? I live near this location and... we frequently visit it. The last THREE orders I?ve placed have been incorrect. The first time I tried to have some grace and letit slide. Accidents happen, right? The second time my order was wrong I called several times and my calls weren?t answered, so Ilet it go! Today, for a third time, my order was incorrect. I ordered a 30-count nugget amongst several other things. When I gothome, I realized we had received a 12-count instead. I called on my way back to Chick-Fil-A in hopes that a manager could helpme and correct it. Instead I was told ?You got what you paid for. You can just order more nuggets if you want more nuggets.? Andshe?s not wrong. I could and I did- because 12 nuggets won?t feed my family. However, it costs more when you order themseparately. I tried to let it go AGAIN, but the manager?s blatant disregard for their error has rubbed me the wrong way. Someattention to detail and more attentive customer service would go a long way. Read more
