I looked them up in Taco Bell's app and went to the location planning to dine in. Their dinning room was closed so I went... through the drive thru and got 2 crispy tacos. Even though home was only about 4 miles away the tacos were soggy tacos by thetime I got there. I never would have gone there had I known the dinning room was closed. Read more

Picked a mobile order. They forgot 3 of my items, straws, napkins, hot sauce. They didn't even put meat in one of my 5 layer... burritos. It was a fat scoop of sour cream (was suppose to be light sour cream) and beans that's it. I don't want a refundbecause you obviously need the money more then me to hire better employees Read more

im assuming the only person ive had an issue with seems to be the manager, or at least she acts like she is. she's the woman... with short hair and an attitude problem. every single time she's there she is extremely rude for absolutely no reason at all. iget working for food service can be rough, ive been there, but yikes. i try to just brush it off and say she's probably having abad day but honestly? i just think she needs to be fired at this point. Ordered 2 cheese quesadilla a bean burrito with extra red sauce a Mexican pizza no tomato and a number 5 combo got home to eat... dinner with the family and the quesadilla had no cheese just 2 tortilla with sauce zero cheese the bean burrito has no red saucecalled back up there to speak to the manager and was told by the young lady that answered the phone he was to busy to take aphone call.... Mind you I was just there 10 min before ordering and was the only one there ...she stated there was nothing theycould do unless I wanted them to remake my order and waist my gas driving back up there unreal well never go there again can'tget simple order correct and could care less weather you like your food or not would give a -5 star if it would let me but a onestar is the lowest I could leave ...Thanks Taco Bell for the wonderful food (sarcasm) and friendly customer service. Horrible experience, We went there 1 hour and 15 minutes before they closed and they told us they can?t serve us any drinks... because their drink machine is down which I understand but then she (an employee) proceeded to tell me about how they refuse tofix it and problems That probably should not be discussed with customers. We were the only people in line and we drove up to thewindow after we ordered and decided we wanted nacho fries well when we asked for them to add the nacho fries to our order, theguy in the back said that they don?t have any made and it we would have to wait for 4 minutes so we said we were willing to waitfor four minutes and then he said, ?but they?ll have to go all the way around the building back to the window to re-order itagain? Mind You nobody else in line? I would understand this rule if they had a long wait but that was unacceptable. once we gotour food, it was all mushy and look like there was no care put into it. The employees are always helpful and do great work with what they have. They definitely need more staff; having worked in fast... food, I know running a store with this much traffic and so few employees is unreasonable. Read more

One of the worst TB's that I have ever been to. And I'm old. Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru. Poor service. Food was... inedible. This place is nasty! How hard is it to make a bean and cheese burrito? Read more
