i ordered 2 drinks, one was a peppermint stick mocha and another was a blue raspberry boba drink. the blue raspberry drink was... just colored water, there wasnt any flavor. the peppermint stick mocha was just espresso, zero flavor, no whipped topping,nothing peppermint about it. this was our first time at the Hudsonville location. there were 4 people working and they took careof one customer at a time, took one order and made the drinks, then moved to the next customer. only 2 girls were taking andmaking the orders, the others were standing around doing absolutely nothing, and while we were there, it wasnt busy, just us andone other person. I frequent go to BIGGBY, I really enjoy the coffee and I usually get the same thing every time. My order is simple, I like a... 24oz coffee with light ice and only 2-3 pumps of mocha (other wise it?s way to sweet). I probably go to BIGGBY 3-4 times a weekand maybe get my order right once in that week. I have over paid getting a 20 or 16 oz instead of a 24 oz or there is so muchmocha in there I?m pretty sure it?s 3 extra pumps. I have gone in a couple times to get it fixed but am greeted with dirtylooks, I have asked management how I can order appropriately so this doesn?t happen again. I have dumped out it numerous ofdrinks because of the excessive sweetness wasting my money. I have sadly decided to part ways with BIGGBY. :( Read more

Slow, slow...with four cars in front of me....the order was not ready when I arrived to the drive thru window. (just one 24oz... coffee) and I had never been asked if I wanted to add a tip...what? Service can be better. Read more
This specific Biggby in Hudsonville is a mediocre franchise location. Sometimes it's good. Sometimes it's bad. There's almost... always a line and a wait to get your order with coin flip quality results. I've gotten an order wrong here on occasion, hadsomething cold or not heated through properly a time or two. If you want a coffee and don't want to leave your car, it's theonly game in town. So stay in your car, flip a coin, and pray it's heads. Read more
Terrible time management from the baristas. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes when there were only 2 cars in front... of me and no customers inside. Got to the window and the lady told me she was going to go grab my 2 drinks, then she proceeds togo make them. Waited an additional 7ish minutes to make them only for one to be the wrong size.
