ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!! I walked in at 12:30 pm and this worker names Caleb (I think he?s new) was VERY rude to me. He was on... his phone and when I said I needed help, he told me to shut up. I am offended by this service and this generation. This is anabsolute outrage and I will not be coming back. Caleb ruined my love for Jimmy John?s because I don?t feel welcome thereanymore. Also, when I gave him my order (on white bread) he recommended a Slimmy Jimmy instead. He said that is probably betterfor me. Thank you Caleb for ruining my Jimmy John?s experience. Pulled up yesterday at 4pm, lights on, drive-thru open. Yet when I pull up to the intercom, the employee blurts ?we aren?t... taking orders now. We are waiting for a staff shift change.? Ummm, so you can?t work or turn off the lights as to let customersknow you are closed? Don?t start with CoVid, labor shortages, blah blah blah. Freaky slow and freaky stupid. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes without moving. When I finally got to order, I ordered my... usual (slim 4 with a side of oil and vinegar, which I said I'll pay a dollar extra for). At most stores, this order isn't aproblem. I have even done it several times at this location. I was told that in order to get oil and vinegar, I need to buy aturkey tom which is loaded with veggies I don't want. I'm not going to pay an extra $4 for 1oz of oil and vinegar. When Ipointed this out, they didn't care. I work in customer service and can't imagine treating repeat customers like this. I will nolonger be spending my money at Jimmy John's, but rather at other subs shops. Read more
