So disappointed with the service in the drive up. Got there at 4:00pm and waited for 10 minutes with no one bothering to... acknowledge we were there. All the while everyone saw us-made eye contact- but ignored the drive up window. The cashier wascounting her drawer, maybe in training and that is fine, however- that does not excuse the lack of common courtesy for lettingus know it may be a minute. This place has been closed a few times around 1230pm for pizza. Sign says open but door is locked. Friendly place, tends to be a little slow (possibly understaffed), the few times I've been to this location I had to wait (even... for hot and readys). But wait times arnt horrible and it means then pizza is super fresh. Staff is always polite and the pizzais always on point. Read more
The second shift manager has a major attitude problem. I ordered 2 extra most bestest and 2 crazy breads in the drive thru. The... girl working the drive thru told me it is was going to be about 10 minutes and I could wait inside. I waited inside for 30minutes just to be told they hadn?t made my pizzas yet meanwhile other people that ordered after me, whose pizzas also had to bemade, received their pizzas before me, so I asked for a manager. The front counter girl went to get the manager and theyproceeded to talk about me and why I could possibly want to speak to the manager.. then the manager walked up and said they werereally busy and I said I understood but that other special orders came out before mine and I was frustrated. She then gave asnotty attitude and said they should be out in a couple minutes, they were just put in. Told me I could wait or she could refundme and I could leave. She refunded another person that was waiting and asked him to leave the store because he also said she hada bad attitude. I would love to speak with either a daytime manager or the franchise owner because the way this specific manageracted was ridiculous. I work in customer service and would never dream to talk to a customer the way she did. It?s been 45minutes and still no pizza with 3 screaming kids in the car. The location is super convenient, but we constantly are getting awful crazy bread from this specific location. I honestly don't... understand how they can take this out of the oven and think "yeah, this is adequate quality to sell". You definitely get whatyou pay for, but its pretty basic and there should be SOME quality standards. The attached pictures are from 2 different visits.One was a ball of bread and the other was burned, lacking ANY of the seasoning they put on the top, and some were paper thin. Read more
Ordered pizza around suppertime via online for a football watch party with friends. Went there to pick up and nothing was ready.... Customers waiting everywhere. One guy in front of me waited about 30 minutes for a pizza meal. THREE DIFFERENT staff asked forhis order and none of them got it for him. The only thing saving this review from one star was the fact that they gave me freecheesy bread to make up for my wait time for an online order. 20 minutes after I came to pick it up. Read more
