We went in between 12:30pm and 1pm. The lady at the counter was AWESOME!!! For real, by far, the best customer service we have... experienced!!! I was clearly overwhelmed with my kids today, apologizing for my 5yo just not stopping anything and she was sokind! While we waited she brought them each plenty of coloring pages and crayons to keep them occupied! The food was wonderfulas well. Thank you! Thank you so much for making that part of my day a bit easier! I will definitely come back in the future forour days out! Read more

It took a more than hour to do breadsticks, they didn?t even start then until after I was there and waiting for them for twenty... minutes. Meanwhile I have other food in the car getting cold. Also they never cut the breadsticks. I have ordered from thereabout five times and every time the breadsticks are not cut. Read more

They got my order wrong. I ordered cheese sticks, not bread sticks, in the dinner box. The quality of the pizza was poorly made.... Very little sauce and cheese. Certainly not spread evenly. On top of all that, it was late for me to pickup. It was clear thatthe employees wearing costumes for Halloween were both distracting them from their job and also getting in their way. Oneemployee was wearing an electric guitar around their neck walking through the cramped kitchen, hitting things and fellowemployees along the way. Some of the costumes included wigs and draping long sleeves the absolutely are not hygienic. Normally food is tasty when we order once in awhile. Our last visit was disappointing as our stuffed crust pizza was not that... good and had hardly any toppings. I ordered and picked up within 20 minutes of ordering and started eating about 15 minutesafter picking up. The whole pie was dry, hardly any sauce and pretty much 0 toppings. We ordered a 3 topping pizza and there wasseriously like 5 mushrooms and 6 onions on it. And seriously, no sauce!! Very upsetting Update: Ordered a stuff pizza again andsame thing. Tried to order pizza using your app. When i hit submit order it told me it was unable to place order due to network issue. Tried... to order multiple times but got the same error. I ended up going to Little Ceasars. I then checked my email a couple hours lateronly to realize the order had gone through even though i was told differently. I lost out on 32 dollars. I ordered a simple dinner box, I ended up getting round pizza with stuffed crust. Not a big deal for because all pizza is good,... but at the end of the day it was not what I ordered. The employee that checked me out was really nice and did offer to make mewhat I had ordered. Read more
