No napkins, nothing to stir sugar and creamer in your coffee and the sandwich was so smashed up. Was very disappointed ????.

Always check your food before you even pull off. Also, I had ordered nuggets & after checking my bag I noticed they were not in... there. I pulled back around & told them I was missing an item. Once I got my full order & made it home, I realized they gave meburnt nuggets. I'm usually not one to complain at all but come on? How could they not tell those were burnt? Lol maybe they justdidn't care. All in all, it's 50/50 here. You never know if it's gonna be a good time or a bad time. Read more

I get the right stuff if I order at the location but the last 3 times I used mobile ordering my order was wrong. Also I cashed... in crown rewards for an Oreo shake and they told me once I got there the machine was down, offered me an extra drink in place ofthe shake, then didn't give me an extra drink. Literally the worse drive through ever, I can't help but have to hold back my hardest from having an aneurysm over their... terrible customer service. The drive through speaker is so damaged and low quality that you can't even make anything out whenspeaking and placing an order. Not to mention that they're terribly slow, like not just slow but disrespectfully slow, why doesit have to take 5 minutes to grab me mayo packets from beside you and only hand me 2. Breakfast menu was not up at 9 o?clock. How are you supposed to know what you want if you can?t see the breakfast menu. The... speaker system was full of static so you could barely hear what the drive through clerk was saying. Then when I ordered a mealhe did not ask me what my drink was until he ordered me to pull around to his window. He gave no receipt. Then I got home &realized he did not give me my orange juice. When I drove back to get it & told him he had forgot to give it to me, he then saidhe may not remember me or my order (I literally just there my home 3.6 mi from his location). Then when I drove up to the windowhe preceded to stare me down as if I was lying. He eventually gave me the orange juice. The outside of the restaurant was verydirty.
