I ordered on the app I had to add my drinks to my order and pay separately for them. The sweet was sour and when I got there I... had to sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes after my food was ready and when I got to the speaker they told me that noorders were sent to them from the app and when they found them the employee said I missed your t because and I quote her I wasnot paying attention so my order was around $21.00 dollars I am guessing that's for the time I had to wate for my 2 12 piecemeals and my $6.00 dollar sour sweet teas Read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. The fries were damn near burnt with zero salt. The burger had no taste other than the bacon... on it. And to top it all off they gave me unsweetened tea. This Jacks is horrific. I should of know after last time I went thernot to go back but I just had to have a big bacon smh. Read more
Breakfast is always slow the staff in the drive thru is always rude , waiting in the drive thru at times for over 15 mins for... the food to be microwaved to warm it up. This place use to be fast and always fresh. Honestly I can truly say in the past 10times I came I have thrown atleast half of my meals away as it was disgusting. Today I pulled in the drive thru at 10:23 I'msitting at the speaking still waiting at 10:43 and yet to order. And a manager is running the drive thru. Do better Jack's Read more

Just left this Jack's and got about 6 miles down the road, opened the container in which my cinnamon roll was in and clearly... it had been broken off of or eaten off of! I turned around drove about 6 miles back and the manager on duty was nonchalantabout it once I asked for my money back. I'm not a big fastfood guy by any means, and this experience make me never want toeat at a Jack's again! Unacceptable! Read more
Whats not to love! This chicken is out of this world. The home taste is next to non. I love KFC & Popeye's Chicken, but that... you can only eat so much. Honestly I can eat Jacks chicken every day. So moist, tender meat, crunchy skin so flavorful. Thepictures in this rating is from two separate days. We eat here often. The biscuts are to die for... I love them. I would have never gone thru the drive thur, if I had know it was going to take them 20 mins to complete my order.
